Bhim Singh calls on nationalist forces to support NPP Bandh Call on 7th April to demolish anti-India seedlings

Addressing a huge rally at Jantar Mantar this afternoon, Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party called on nationalist forces, groups and students and youth to jointly support the Bandh Call on 7th April, 2016 in Jammu Pradesh given by J&K National Panthers Party to strengthen the secular, nationalist and progressive forces in the State of J&K which is facing a serious threat by the anti-national, anti-India and communal forces in the state of J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh strongly condemned the state machinery in J&K for its total failure to silence the voice against national integration to please a handful of elements who are supported, sponsored and financed by frustrated, anti-national and corrupt elements in the state. Prof.Bhim Singh said that he has been hearing all these nonsense from 1957 when he joined GGM Science College as a student. He blamed the communal and foreign agents operating at the behest of ISI and other foreign saboteurs who intend to destabilize India because many countries in the West are not happy to watch India growing faster and joining the family of developed countries in the world.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that all the nationalist forces including Ladakhies, Kashmiries, Dogras, Paharies, Buddhists and all are committed for the development of the state which is possible only by the reorganization of the state which is possible through the amendment in Article 370 of the Indian Constitution.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Bandh Call given by the Panthers Party with the support and cooperation of several organizations is to ensure justice to every individual and group or groups of people in J&K. He said this Bandh Call, though given at very short notice, yet is highly important to convey to Delhi that the people of J&K deserve justice and equity at all levels.

Prof.Bhim Singh appealed to all the youth, students, political organizations, traders, employees, the media persons and the working class to show unity to slap the enemies of the country to prove that India is one from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

NPP Supremo urges J&K Governor to dissolve J&K Assembly which is breathing on oxygen

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of NPP has urged Shri N.N. Vohra, the Governor of J&K to close the doors of so-called negotiation with PDP and BJP in J&K begging them to wear the power crown in J&K so that the loot and anti-national agenda of handful of enemies of the country is allowed to flourish in the state.

Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the J&K Governor that he is authorized by the State Constitution under Section 53 to dismantle the State Assembly in case there is no possibility of setting up a reasonable government of a party or parties which have unequivocal commitment to the Constitution of India to uphold national unity and its integrity. He said that the two parties namely PDP and BJP are poles apart in action and in their manifestos where they had sworn in before the Chief Election Commission of India to uphold the national unity, integrity and its commitment to national integration. The NPP Supremo said that Prime Minister Modi is more interested in power for his party than for the unity and integrity of the country. He is more passionate to protect saffronism than secularism and this was a national tragedy that Prime Minister Modi sacrificed the national commitment of his party for integration of J&K with the rest of the country. He said that Prime Minister Modi has forgotten that Article 370 is poisonous pill in the heart of the Indian Constitution which has kept J&K away from the rest of the country. He questioned the BJP’s role in J&K which is no less than those who were responsible for creating communal and sectarian conflict in the country.

NPP Supremo accused PM Modi for siding with the undesirable forces in J&K just for power least realizing that his alliance for power with PDP or NC is more dangerous than the ISI sabotage in J&K. He said PM Modi and his advisors have no idea about the situation prevailing in J&K nor they have any knowledge of the historical background vis-a-vis the Accession of the State with the rest of the country. He asked, does PM know the intriguing language used in Article 370?  Does he know the Article 370 collapsed on August 20, 1952 when so called state Constituent Assembly abolished Monarchy in the State? Does he know that J&K was not merged in the Union of India when all states joined the Union of India by 26thJanuary, 1950?  Does the PM know why J&K was not merged in the Union of India in 1950 with others states? Does he know that Article 370 turned dead on August 20, 1952 when the monarchy was abolished and Dr. Karan Singh was re-designated as Sadre-Riyasat from his status of ‘the Regent of the state’?. Does PM know that the Parliament he represents has no authority/power/jurisdiction to make any law vis-a-vis Jammu and Kashmir? Prof.Bhim Singh called on the Prime Minister and his team to find out the answers to these questions before he finally takes a dig in the politics of Jammu and Kashmir.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that the Prime Minister owes a responsibility to answer why no government could be formed in more than two months in J&K? And why the Governor was forced to shut his pen to dismiss the State Assembly and go for fresh polls. He accused both the Congress and the NC leaders for shutting their ears and wrapping their eyes so that they see no evil and hear no evil. NPP Supremo blamed RSS to try to inflame communal passion in the country by trying to create vertical division in the society so that their dream of Hindutva rule is realized.

Prof.Bhim Singh expressed serious concern on the silence of national newspapers and media in the country to impose undeclared ban on the political situation and the activities of the nationalist political parties and the people. He accused Modi government for silencing the national media from reporting the facts and happenings in J&K. This is worst than emergency which people of J&K have been facing so that none shall, in the rest of the country, no the actual state of affairs and the truth vis-à-vis the situation in the state. BJP is lust for power in Kashmir can endanger the walls of National Integration.

On Jammu and Kashmir
Addressing the media persons from the crowded Jantar Mantar Headquarters, Prof.Bhim Singh appealed the people, particularly the youth and students in J&K to act with wisdom, vision and courage to defeat the forces which intend to destabilize Bharat just to destabilize India so that the Anglo-American Bloc succeeds in their Dixon Plan. The Anglo-American Bloc has been using all its tools to create unrest and sabotage India’s unity ever since 1947.
The NPP Supremo appealed the people of J&K particularly the youth of Kashmir to ensure that communal harmony is maintained at all costs lest the foreign power get a chance to disturb peace.
In reply to other questions of the latest situation following the ban on cow slaughter has erupted in J&K, the NPP Supremo expressed full faith in the secular character of the people in the state and said that a law was enacted in the state by the Maharaja nearly 100 years ago in full confidence of the people. He said the Constituent Assembly formed in 1951 under the leadership of Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah approved several royal decrees including ban on cow slaughter and state subject. The Jamat-e-Islami MLAs in the Assembly, including Ali Shah Geelani, never raised any objection to this law universally accepted by the people of J&K to show respect to the religious sentiments of non-Muslim fraternity. He said that the Kashmiri Muslims always showed their tolerance, faith in religious co-existence and respect. He praised the Kashmiri Muslim majority for providing all kinds of protection to the minorities in Kashmir during the India’s partition, 1947. He said the Muslims and the non-Muslims have been co-existed as threads interwoven in a cloth. A unique integrated society called Kashmiriat. He said whatever has happened this time it is there because of power hungry politicians who want to create anarchy at any cost by trying to communalize the issues as they have failed on all other fronts in their campaign to provoke violence in Kashmir.
He appealed to the people of the Valley in particular to ensure that communal harmony is not disturbed and the sentiments of the neighbourers are not hurt which is teaching of ‘Islam’.
Prof.Bhim Singh held the present PDP-BJP government responsible for present disorder, anarchy, lawlessness and rise in militancy in the state. He reiterated Panthers Party’s commitment to uphold the sanctities of Kashmiriat, Ladhakiat and Dogriat by the reorganization of the state and declared that the party shall launch a movement from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in their demands seeking;
1. Dismissal of J&K Govt. and imposition of Governor’s Rule,
2. Amendment of Article 370 and revocation of Article 35(A).
3. Reorganization of J&K by establishing ‘Twin States’, i). Kashmir Valley & ii). Jammu Pradesh.

4. Dissolution of the present Assembly and fresh Assembly elections under Governor Rule.
