BJP stand exposed on AIIMS in Jammu NPP urge Governor to dismiss State Govt.

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party said that the statement made by the State Minister at PMO, New Delhi advocating AIIMS in Jammu Pradesh is real bluff only a repetition of what Union Finance Minister, Mr. Arun Jaitley had said in Jammu. He said how Prime Minister, Modi shall allow J&K BJP leaders to act one way surviving his government in Delhi and allow the BJP ministers surviving Mufti Sahib in different directions all together. This, he said, shows the kind of government which PDP and BJP is running in J&K. He said Mufti Sahib has his constituency in Kashmir and he has to take all unpleasant decisions to promote his party’s interest in Kashmir Valley, is constituency.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Mr. Modi is a powerful Prime Minister and he should discipline BJP leaders from J&K what to speak and what to do. He suggested to open two AIIMS as was done in case of Central Universities.

NPP Supremo said that Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah was right to put up separate provincial directorates in almost all the departments. The permanent solution to avoid regional conflict and remove regional discrimination with the people of Ladakh and the people of Jammu is reorganization of J&K by establishing the state of Jammu Pahari Pradesh as well as that of Kashmir Valley which can be done by urgent amendment in Article 370 to remove all anomalies to keep people of J&K in peace, respect and dignity.

To save the state from total anarchy, the Governor should dismiss the present government and impose Governor rule so that free and fair elections could be held without manipulation of EVMs as it happened in the last election.

Bhim Singh garlands State Hero on behalf of Prime Minister Modi at Rajendra Pura

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party later visited Bugana (Rajendra Pura), the birthplace of martyr Brig. Rajendra Singh who sacrificed his life on 25/26th October, 1947 along with 125 Dogra soldiers in the Uri sector in Baramulla (Kashmir) to foil the Pak-invaders to enter Kashmir Valley. Prof.Bhim Singh garlanded the statue of the Dogra Hero on behalf of Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi who during his election campaign visited the village but failed to garland the state hero. Releasing that injury caused to the Dogras, Prof.Bhim Singh garlanded the Dogra Hero to honour him.

Prof.Bhim Singh also addressed a 50000 strong election rally at Samba where Shri Yashpaul Kundal, MLA is Panthers Party candidate. Chairman-JKNPP Shri Harsh Dev Singh, President Shri Balwant Singh Mankotia and Shri Yashpal Kundal, candidate also addressed the election rally.

The Panthers Party paid rich tributes to the war heroes who fought in the First World War, Second World War and 1947 in defense of J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh regretted that BJP is following the same policy towards the Dogras which was followed by the Congress. He said denial of Paramvir Chakra to Brig. Rajendra Singh is a grave blunder and proves that both Congress and BJP have no love last for the Dogras and their heroism.

Amit Shah, Jitendra Singh, air dash to Doda District to counter Prof.Bhim Singh in election campaign

Mr. Asim Shah, President of BJP, Dr. Jitendra Singh, State Union Minister and several other BJP leaders from Punjab, Haryana have been deputed by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to rush to J&K in order to counter the tide created by the election campaign launched by the Panthers Party under the leadership of Prof. Bhim Singh, the founder of the Panthers Party. Prof.Bhim Singh addressed several meetings in Banihal and Ramban constituencies yesterday. Mr. Amit Shah landed in his helicopter with his team to counter the charges made by Prof.Bhim Singh on the conduct of the BJP government. Panthers Party District President was kidnapped in the midnight by Amit Shah men from Ramban and forcibly baptized on same day when Prof.Bhim Singh was to address an election rally in Ramban. Prof.Bhim Singh is matching the helicopter campaign of the Congress, BJP and NC through his old broken vehicle successfully. From Ramban he managed to reach Desa, a most neglected village in Doda District and Ramban Constituency. While he was addressing a meeting in Desa this morning Dr. Jitendra Singh followed him in his helicopter whereas Chief Minister Omar Abdullah chose another village Bhata in Desa itself to vomit his hatred and anger towards Panthers Party.

Prof.Bhim Singh while addressing a massive election rally in Desa this morning laughed away at the pathetic condition of the ruling parties in Delhi, Kashmir who have out of sheer frustration launched a campaign against the parties’ agenda to create Jammu State.

Prof.Bhim Singh drove last night to reach Desa at midnight where he stayed in Dalit house where hundreds of people received him with beating of drums and slogans expressing full support to the Panthers Party and vote for its symbol ‘bicycle’.

Prof.Bhim Singh while congratulating the people of Desa and appealing them to vote for its candidate Shri Suresh Kumar Bhagat who is the resident of the same village. He said that the Panthers Party is the first political party to field an Assembly candidate in Ramban constituency from Desa. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Desa is living in the Stone Age, no drinking water, no electricity, a secondary school without teachers and staff, a local dispensary with no doctor or medicines at all and the people live on the mercy of God alone. He accused BJP and National Conference for exploiting people in the name of religion whereas Congress has been exploiting the people in the name of militancy.

Prof.Bhim Singh also charged the officers appointed by the Election Commission of India as District Returning Officers for using its rules against the Panthers Party alone. He said that two days back a Panthers Party vehicle was picked up from its headquarters in Jammu, where no notification has been issued for the election. He said that Observers of the Election Commission are harassing the Panthers Party candidates and even not allowing them to use flags in their own office or on their own vehicles. On the other hand, Prof.Bhim Singh said that entire city of Srinagar is decorated with the flags of Congress, NC and BJP. All the roads in Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban Districts are shining with the BJP, Congress and NC flags and banners. Prof.Bhim Singh in a strong protest letter requested Election Commission of India to rein its Observers if it is interested to hold free and fair election.

Prof.Bhim Singh accompanied by Vice President, Mohd. Iqbal Choudhary and others senior leaders of the Panthers Party dashed to Chhatroo in Kishtwar District which is a constituent of Inderwal Constituency in Doda District.

NPP Supremo praises Kashmiries for their commitment to nationalism, secularism while NPP candidates files nomination in Kupwara

Shri Wali Mohd. Khan filed his nomination paper from Kupwara Assembly Constituency, Shri Ghulam Mohd. Malik from Lolab and Shri Javed Ahmed Khan from Langate filed nomination papers today in the presence of Prof.Bhim Singh, the founder of J&K National Panthers Party.

Panthers Party is contesting all 46 Assembly seats in the Valley. Addressing a mammoth rally at Kupwara District Headquarters today, Prof.Bhim Singh accused the national parties like Congress and BJP for terrorizing the innocent people of Kashmir to create communal divide in the country just for the sake of power. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Kupwara District in Kashmir Valley which falls along LoC has remained neglected and the people in this district have been used like serfs since 1947. The people in Kupwara sector enjoyed equality, dignity and respect during the period of Maharaja Hari Singh.

He demanded immediate release of all political prisoners in Kashmir Valley in particular in view of the Assembly elections as well as to help their (prisoners) families in the process of rehabilitation after devastation of floods in J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Congress, NC, PDP and even BJP have been exploiting the innocence of the Kashmiries just to gain their votes for power and not for the development or welfare of the suffering people of J&K. He challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to accomplish his mission 44 which is not possible in the 21st century. He questioned Mr. Modi that if elections are free and fair can Modi BJP secure even four seats in the state. Prof.Bhim Singh declared in the Valley that Panthers Party is not interested in power, money because Panthers Party has its mission, “Equity and Equality (Haq-Insaaf) for all which is possible only when Jammu State, Kashmir Valley State and Ladakh State are founded and the effects of Treaty of Amritsar (1846) disappeared.” He said that Panthers Party stands for preservation and promotion of Dogra culture, Kashmiriyat and Ladakhiyat as well along with the people of Mirpur, Muzaffrabad and Gilgit who form part of the state.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that reorganization of J&K is the only way out for all. He appealed the people of the state to vote and support Panthers Party candidates who are the only representatives of the suffering people.

Prof.Bhim Singh was accompanied by M/s. Masood Andrabi, State Vice President, Ms. Anita Thakur, General Secretary, Farooq Dar, Provincial President, Mehboob Illahi, State Secretary, Mr. Jehangir Khan, Provincial Secretary and Javed Ahmed, Distt. President, Kupwara.

Why not ‘National Disaster’ in J&K? Bhim Singh Questioned PM Modi

“Much hyped official visit of Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi to Srinagar (wrongly quoted as J&K) has given a shock to the flood sufferers and border shelling residents of J&K who were given the impression by the Modi government that he shall announce a heavy package for the entire affected residents of J&K.” Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party reacted sharply on the so-called state visit of the Prime Minister to Srinagar only.
NPP Chief Patron in a strong letter addressed to Mr. Modi questioned Mr. Modi’s utter failure to announce the situation created because of unprecedented floods and rains between September 2 & 9, 2014 as national disaster. He said Mr.Modi during his visit on September 6, 2014 to Kashmir Valley (only) had described the devastating floods in the state as National Disaster. Even the Supreme Court in its observation on September 12, 2014 has described the present situation asNatural Calamity. He questioned Mr. Modi’s double standards and his denial to declare National Disaster. He said that the people were expecting that Prime Minister Modi shall declare National Disaster that rocked J&K resulting in unprecedented destruction of property, crops, orchids, residential houses and even loss of life.
Prof.Bhim Singh called on the people of Jammu Pradesh to ask Modi why he could not take a stop anywhere in Jammu, may it be Nowshera or Sadal of Panchari to find out why the dead bodies have not been recovered from the debris in spite of the government assurance before the Supreme Court of India, while the court was hearing a writ petition of J&K National Panthers Party. Prof.Bhim Singh said that the people of Jammu should take a message that Modi government is no less discriminatory towards the people of Jammu to the NC-Congress government.
