Prof.Bhim Singh said that use of pellets is not only inhuman but a dangerous weapon which cannot be permissible in a civilized society that too India which has been an ocean of love and peace for thousands of years. The Panthers Party has also decided to move a petition before the Supreme Court of India for the total ban on the use of pellets/bullets/deadly weapons against the civil activists to punish them. Such methods were used by the Israeli army/police against the Palestinians and the entire world had condemned the use of pellets/lead bullets. This is utterly against the humanity and peace loving policy of Bharata.

It hoped that Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu shall give up his extreme anti-Palestinian posture and accept the UN Resolutions on Palestine and Arab world which include 242, 338 and others.
Prof.Bhim Singh in his address to the Panthers Party activists called on them to complete the unfinished agenda on the internal conflicts in India including that of Jammu and Kashmir. NPP Supremo’s protest letter to Kerry Asks US to tame Israel in Gaza, Palestine

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party & Member of National Integration Council, besides, Chairman of Indo-Palestine Friendship Society dashed a strong letter to Mr. John Kerry, US Secretary of State on visit to India demanding immediate action of the US to rein in Israel so that the genocide of the Palestinians in Gaza shall stop forthwith. In his letter, the Panthers Party Supremo accused the US for supporting Israel in its misdeeds and barbaric aggression against the people in Gaza, Palestine. Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the Foreign Minister of the US that Oslo agreements were finalized in the White House on 13th September, 1993 in the presence of the then US President, Bill Clinton assuring statehood to Palestine by 1996. Both the leaders namely Prime Minister of Israel, Yitzhak Rabin and Palestinian leader, Yasir Arafat had put in their signatures on the agreement in the presence of the US President.

Prof.Bhim Singh also reminded the US President, Mr. Barack Hussein Obama that Israel violated the agreement and has trashed it into the dustbin of history. He said that Israel had agreed in the presence of US President that the commands of resolutions 242, 338 asking Israel to withdraw from all Arab occupied territories shall be implemented. Instead, says Prof.Bhim Singh, Israel has started genocide of the Palestinians in full view of the whole world and the United Nations itself has failed to act in the spirit of the UN Charter.

Prof.Bhim Singh sought US intervention without delay in his letter addressed to Secretary of State, Mr. John Kerry. The letter is reproduced for the information as below;
   “It was expected that the US shall put its efforts to defuse the tension that has arisen following the barbaric bombing by Israel on Gaza, Palestine resulting into genocide and massacre of hundreds of Palestinians including women, children and the old. Instead the Obama administration has declared that the US shall continue its support and arms aid to Israel.

You have been in India for the past three days yet you have chosen to condemn barbaric bombardment killing hundreds of innocent Palestinians in Gaza by Israel. I hope the United States remembers that it was in Washington DC on 13th September, 1993 when US President Bill Clinton hosted a grand feast at Presidential House and witnessed the signing of an accord by the PLO Chief Yasir Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin which declared, among so many things, that Palestine shall be granted statehood by 1996. In the meantime all the issues pertaining to Jerusalem, Palestinian refugees, Israeli settlements, security and borders would be settled permanently. The entire responsibility was taken by the US President in this regard.

The principles of the Oslo Accords I & II strictly provided that all Israeli forces from Gaza and West Bank shall be withdrawn no later than May 1996.

This was also decided that for the transitional period not exceeding five years all issues shall be settled permanently on the basis of UN Security Council Resolutions 242, 338 among others.
I would like to remind the United States of America that Israel did not care to respect this agreement and literally violated the principles of the accords. This is evident that Yasir Arafat was confined to the second floor of his Ram Allah headquarters. The allegation that he was given slow poisoning has never been denied by Israel or by the United States. His death created a vacuum in the political horizon of Palestine.

It is unfortunate that Israel never respected its own agreements and violated principles of accords whereas the United States and the entire western world continued its support to the usurper of the land of Palestine and the Arab countries.

Since you are visiting India, the Panthers Party feels its duty rather obligation to bring these hard facts to your notice so that the people of the United States may realize that the people of India stand with the people of Palestine and hope and trust that the President of the US Mr. Barack Hussein Obama shall give first priority for the implementation of the mission which his predecessor, President Bill Clinton launched in 1993.

I know the US is under Zionist pressure for the reasons best known to the White House and the people all over the world. Yet this is in the interest for the world peace and human dignity that the United States of America upholds the principles of mutual existence and puts its efforts for a genuine peace all over the world especially in Middle-East today. “

NPP asks US to rein Israel to stop genocide of humanity in Gaza, Palestine

Several activists of the National Panthers Party held a protest demonstration in India’s the Hyde Park Corner, Jantar Mantar in New Delhi this afternoon accusing the visiting foreign minister of US Mr. John Kerry, a special emissary of US President Mr. Barack Hussein Obama for the death and destruction of hundreds of Palestinians in Gaza in utter violation of UN Charter and massacre of humanity.
Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party & Member of National Integration Council while addressing the Panthers protestors regretted the silence of Modi sarkar which has been watching the genocide of the Palestinians in silence in Gaza, Palestine for several days. The NPP Supremo accused the Modi government for taking a ‘U’ turn in India’s foreign policy vis-à-vis Palestine in particular and the Arab world in general.
He also accused the United Nations for watching the death and destruction in Gaza sponsored by Israeli planes and bombers in utter violation of a dozen of UN resolutions commending Israel to withdraw its armed forces from all Arab-occupied territories.
