Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of NPP and Member of National Integration Council called Shri N.N. Vohra, the Governor of J&K urging for immediate dissolution of J&K Assembly so that fresh elections shall be held to ensure working of people’s government. Prof.Bhim Singh urged the Governor to understand the feelings of the people of J&K who have dismissed the present Assembly from their minds and looking for fresh election so that the seedlings of communalism and anti-nationalism on buried deep in the Jhelum and the Tawi.

Prof.Bhim Singh in his meeting with Shri N.N. Vohra for nearly 35 minutes tried to convey the feelings of the people which he has understood from the mouth of the people during his 9-day hectic campaign from Jammu to Akhnoor, Sunderbani, Nowshera, Rajouri, Mendhar, Poonch, Surankote, Budhal, Mahore, Gool, Ramban, Batote, Bhaderwah, Doda, Kishtwar and on the return he visited Kud, Sudhmahadev, Chenani, Udhampur and several other areas during his 9-day Jammu State trotting. Prof.Bhim Singh informed Shri Vohra that there was no ration available in the rural areas and people have remained without ration for the past 3/4 months. There are no teachers in the schools, whereas 500 schools in northern pockets of Jammu Pradesh have been closed/shut. There is no drinking water and the people in the rural areas have been living in misery and pain because there is no governance at all. He informed the Governor that there is no doctors in the hospitals nor even compounders or medical assistance in the dispensaries. He said that there is only department functioning in the entire area and that is the police department.

Call to people of Ladakh, Kashmir Valley & Jammu Pradesh to support reorganization of J&K

In a communication to the people living in Ladakh-Gilgit, Kashmir Valley and Jammu Pradesh (Kishtwar to Muzaffrabad), Prof.Bhim Singh, the Founder of J&K National Panthers Party made an earnest appeal to the Indian citizens residing in the entire State of J&K to understand the prevailing situation in the continent and the hot experience of over half a century with the boiling situation in the sub-continent since the partition of India. The separation of Bangladesh from Pakistan is a unique lesson which the people of J&K should and must understand that no State in the 21st century can be established on the basis of a region or religion or language. The separation of Bangladesh from Pakistan is a living example that the creation of Pakistan could not be justified on the basis of religion or even region. Pakistan leadership today has realized that there is a need pressing need for living in peace and harmony with India.

J&K has been exploited by the power hungry leadership combined with armed forces in the name of religion. Creation of Bangladesh reduced Pakistan population to less than the Muslim population residing in India as Indian citizen.

J&K is being exploited by the Anglo-American Bloc to suit their convenience so that Anglo-American Bloc could build their offensive in Gilgit-Baltistan against China. This was the latest calculation of Anglo-American Bloc to keep China defensive. 90% people in J&K are committed to India and majority in POK would prefer India if are given a right to choose their future.

Secularism has united India and its culture had a leading role in strengthening the unity and integration of the country.

Addressing a large gathering of the students and the youth from North-Eastern region, Prof.Bhim Singh said that the CIA and ISI have failed to exploit the new generation in the North-Eastern region and in J&K the enemies of India have realized that India cannot be divided like the USSR or Yugoslavia. The Modi orientation in Indian politics failed to create a divide in the Indian society which can be realized by the latest trends in Indian politics. Delhi and Bihar are the living examples.

Prof.Bhim Singh made an appeal to the youth, students and the intellectual groups of Indian citizens to start a national campaign to promote and strengthen the concept of national integration for the welfare of the country as India has a great role to play from today.

Prof.Bhim Singh called on youth, students, intellectuals and the working class to join hands to strengthen India so that the future of the world could be saved and protected from the agony of war and hatred. Prof.Bhim Singh has been invited by several universities in the North-East and South to speak on his experiments with peace campaign that he gathered during his five years travelling on motorcycle around the world for peace.

Prof.Bhim Singh proposed that peace in the sub-continent is possible only when J&K is reorganized on the basis its’ cultural, linguistic and geographical basis. Article 370 shall have to be amended by empowering Parliament of India to legislate in respect of Union List (Constitution of India) leaving State List powers with the Constituent States; Ladakh-Gilgit, Kashmir Valley & Jammu Pradesh (from Muzaffrabad to Kishtwar & Lakhanpur to Banihal).

Why PM Modi is afraid to talk on J&K, should ask Pak to vacate Gilgit-Baltistan

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party has expressed dismay and surprise on the silence of Prime Minister Modi on the so-called issue of J&K with Pakistan. NPP Supremo asked Prime Minister of India to understand the real cracks of the matter from the record, UN Resolutions, Pakistan’s violation of UN Resolutions and betrayal of people.

NPP Supremo, an expert on J&K Affairs and Convenor of Intra J&K ‘Heart to Heart’ Talks besides being Supremo of the only nationalist, secular and opposition political party in J&K has asked Prime Minister Modi to invite Prime Minister of Pakistan to talk on J&K straight and without menacing words. Firstly, Pakistan should explain why it attacked J&K in 1947? Why Pakistan grabbed half of Jammu province in 1947 when J&K had lawfully acceded to the Union of India on 27th October, 1947? How Pakistan grabbed Gilgit-Baltistan comprising 28,000 sq. miles after the declaration of ceasefire in utter violation of UN Resolution?

NPP Founder wondered continuous silence on the part of successive Indian government on the illegal occupation/usurpation/annexation by Pakistan of entire Gilgit-Baltistan including Chitral? Prof.Bhim Singh questioned the Govt. of India why it did not raise the issue before the United Nations in 2009 when Pakistan annexed entire Gilgit-Baltistan region by declaring it as its 6th province, a blatant violation of UN Resolution. NPP Supremo asked Prime Minister Modi to tell Pakistan to get entire Karakoram Highway sub-region comprising 4600 sq. miles of India’s territory back from China which was even on 99 years lease to China by Pakistan. What was the locus of Pakistan to sell Indian Territory in Karakoram?

Prof.Bhim Singh should tell Mr. Sartaj Aziz, Foreign Minister of Pakistan read out UN Resolution dated 13th August, 1948 and see its image in the mirror of history. Why Prime Minister Modi shouldn’t ask Pakistan to vacate its Army from all occupied areas of J&K as per mandate of the UN Resolution? Pakistan should be asked to withdraw its Army and civilian settlers from entire State territory as per UN Resolution? He pointed out that UN Resolutions had given clear mandate that Indian Army shall look after entire State of J&K including Gilgit-Baltistan and the so-called ‘Azad Kashmir’. Why India did not and does not insist on the issues?

Prof.Bhim Singh called on the Indian intelligentsia, historians, the media and the politicians particularly the Members of Parliament to tell the people of India and the international community these facts of history. Let Pakistan answer these questions it has avoided because of the failure of the Indian leadership to speak on Kashmir.

Prof.Bhim Singh wondered that silence on the part of Congress, left parties, the socialist was due to their vote bank mission but he wondered why the so-called nationalist leadership of the BJP is following the Congress and the Left Parties on these issues. He said that he in association Sardar Mohd. Abdul Qayyum Khan, the Supremo of Muslim Conference, POK had taken an initiative to start Intra J&K ‘Heart to Heart’ Talks. Talks were held successfully in 2005 and again in 2007. The governments of India and Pakistan allowed the POK leadership to participate in such talks. The talks made a major breakthrough but were not allowed to be held after 2007. He demanded that India and Pakistan should allow Intra J&K Heart to Heart Talks to continue and new leadership in POK should continue the bold initiative taken by Late Sardar Mohd. Addul Qayyum Khan.
