NPP Supremo splashes rejoinder to Pak-premier Blasts his UN speech into Ashes

Bulldozing Pak Prime Minister Nawaz Sharief’s outburst at United Nations the other day, Prof.  Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party, a post graduate in Law with distinction from London University and Sr. Advocate of the Supreme Court of India today challenged the Pak Prime Minister to join a debate on J&K anywhere, at any platform even in Pakistan on the political status of J&K to justify what he has lamented in his draconian speech he made at the floors of the General Assembly of the United Nations only the other day on the so-called ‘J&K dispute’. The Panthers Party Supremo, a recognized international authority in international law who represented Palestinian problems before several international for has challenged the Prime Minister of Pakistan on his bogus, disputed and irrelevant assertions vis-à-vis J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh raised important points challenging the speech of Pak premier which he made before the United Nations General Assembly asking the Prime Minister to speak about the history, background and tragic episodes of 1947. Prof.Bhim Singh question Pak Prime Minister about the speech he made a day before the General Assembly of the United Nations which was totally misleading, mischievous and contrary to the history of the so-called J&K dispute.

1.                 Prof.Bhim Singh asked Prime Minister of Pakistan as to what was the dispute vis-à-vis J&K that he raised before the General Assembly. He questioned was it not Pakistan which attacked/invaded the princely state of Maharaja Hari Singh on 20thAugust, 1947?

2.                 Was it not Pakistan which aided and abetted the Pakistani soldiers and tribals to attack peace-loving state of J&K from Uri and Muzaffrabad side in 1947?

3.                 The Prime Minister of Pakistan forgot that entire Kashmiri Muslim fraternity rose like a wall and dashed the Pakistani invaders at Uri and Poonch?

4.                 The Pak-premier did not know that people of J&K led by Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah, Mohd. Afzel Beg, Sufi Mohd. Akbar and others led the civilians of J&K to defeat the invaders at Poonch and in Baramulla in 1947?

5.                 Did Nawaz Sharief know that Maharaja had signed a peace treaty with Pakistan on 16th August, 1947 which was violated by the Pakistani Army on 20thOctober, 1947?

6.                 Maharaja Hari Singh with the active support and participation of all the Kashmiri leaders acceded to the Union of India on 26th October, 1947 in response to the roaring voice of the people of J&K and acceded to the Union of India signing the Instrument of Accession on 26th October, 1947 which was accepted by the then Governor General of India, Lord Mountbatten on 27th October, 1947?

7.                 Why Nawaz Sharief should have felt shy to tell the people of the world that the United Nations in its resolution dated 13th January, 1948 had directed Pakistan to vacate all occupied territories of J&K which included entire POK (so-called Azad J&K-4600 sq. miles territory), 32,000 sq. miles of Gilgit-Baltistan as well as nearly 20,000 sq. miles of J&K territory in Ladakh region under Chinese illegal occupation?

8.                 The United Nations Resolution was violated by Pakistan which had directed Pakistan to vacate all occupied territories of J&K to clear all roads to hold plebiscite in entire J&K, 84,000 sq. miles of territory?

9.                 Pakistan in 2009 declared entire Gilgit- Baltistan (32,000 sq. miles as its territory) demolishing the very seedlings of the resolution of the United Nations which Pak-premier has been talking of a day before?

10.            It was Pakistan which demolished the UN Resolutions into pieces, violated them in 1947, 1965, 1971 and again 1999 (Kargil war)?

Prof.Bhim Singh challenged Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharief to come and join a debate/discussion on the present situation of J&K vis-à-vis UN Resolution. He said that he is prepared to join Pak Prime Minister in this debate even in Pakistan or any country the Pakistan Prime Minister would dare choose. Prof.Bhim Singh described the speech of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharief he made before the General Assembly a frustrated move as if he was arguing as a counsel of the Pakistan Army. It appeared that Nawaz Sharief was forced to make this speech under the terror of Pakistan Army which he had faced earlier in 1999 after the Kargil war.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that people of J&K are wedded to secularism in democracy. They have their local problem which have been sown by the blunders and military adventures of Pakistan in J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Nawaz Sharief bogey for so-called self determination to the people of J&K stands exposed as the people of J&K have remained wedded to the concept of mutual co-existence (secularism), love (no hate), human ethos and humanism for thousands of years.

Prof.Bhim Singh announced that the Panthers Party shall hold an open debate on the situation that prevails in the state of J&K and invite the people of J&K from all its regions including those which are under the illegal occupation of Pakistan.

Prof.Bhim Singh appealed Shri Nawaz Sharief, the Prime Minister of Pakistan to return to his original statesmanship/political streture and courage that he enjoyed before he took power as a Prime Minister after his return to Pakistan from exile.

CIA going active to dissect Kashmir from India Modi Govt’s role in keeping silence, condemned

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers Party has strongly condemned a couple of persons, known to be silent supporters of Modi government for activating the dead story of CIA to dissect J&K from the rest of the country. He said that the CIA and its masters got active in seventies and intended to throw Mrs. Indira Gandhi out of power. It was Mrs. Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India, who saved India from disintegration and chaos in 1975. The noted American leadership including Kissinger the then Foreign Minister of USA had condemned Mrs. Gandhi and named as ‘bitch’. Mrs. Gandhi had understood the CIA plan to dissect J&K from the rest of the country. It was Mrs. Gandhi who defeated the grand anti-India tirade against India and saved it.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that statement of a former Advisor of Govt. of India that J&K shall sleep out of India in 10/12 years revealed that the CIA has not learnt a lesson from the past and it wants to dissect India the way it did with USSR, Yugoslavia and elsewhere. It was Anglo-American plan which created a situation for the division of India. Today the CIA and its new ally, Israeli intelligence agency have been trying to create a new situation in north (Kashmir and in the north-east) to provoke a situation for dissecting India the way they did with the USSR. Prof.Bhim Singh called on the new generations in the country to beware of the political masters in the respective regions who are working as agents of the foreign interests and agencies with the sole purpose to divide India the way did with USSR, Yugoslavia and elsewhere.

Prof.Bhim Singh called on the youth and students in the country to initiate a strong movement in the country for the unity, integrity, solidarity so that the secularism and nationalism become the cementing force in the country to unite it as India.

Prof.Bhim Singh demanded immediate dismissal of the present government in J&K and fresh election for the Legislative Assembly with clear message that J&K is integral part of Bharata and shall continue to be such till the end of the world. He also called on the younger generation in POK and Gilgit to work for the unity of J&K which enjoys security and safety as Indian state. Wars, bombs, bullets and guns are no solution for the consolidation of a civilization as India is. He called on the youth and new generation in the Indian sub-continent to stand together as human beings so that future remains safe for all the generations in the sub-continent.
