Bhim Singh calls on leaders of Ladakh, Kashmir & Jammu Pradesh to fight for inclusion of Fundamental Rights in J&K

Prof.Bhim Singh, the Founder of National Panthers Party & Fighter for maintaining the human dignity and civil rights of the people all over the country, particularly in the state of J&K where the fundamental rights have remained denied the people of J&K (India) as well as to the residents of J&K residing in PoK and Gilgit-Baltistan since 1948 in spite of the fact that Maharaja of J&K acceded to the Union of India on 27th October, 1947 yet the Union of India kept J&K far away from the domain of its Constitution and privilege of fundamental rights. Prof.Bhim Singh expressed surprise that the RSS backed rulers led by Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi have ditched their own cadre by sticking to the domain of Constitution of India sans fundamental rights. Prof.Bhim Singh made a strong appeal to the new generation, the youth and students in J&K to look forward to ensure the seedlings of fundamental rights grow taller so that benefit may reach every Indian citizen residing in J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh expressed deep shock that the RSS Prime Minister has stepped into the shoes of the Congress and National Conference governing the State of J&K with a mission of loot, disaster depriving the people of J&K of their fundamental rights which are available to every citizen of India except in the state of J&K which acceded to the Union of India on 26th October, 1947 under the seal and signatures of State ruler, Maharaja Hari Singh.

Prof.Bhim Singh called on the people of J&K to ensure that fundamental rights incorporated in the Constitution of India in its Chapter-III is made applicable to the residents of J&K so that the residents of J&K may also share the fruits of democracy and the rule of law which have remained denied to them since 1947. Prof.Bhim Singh said that he himself was the victim of political detentions and jails without trial in separate jails in Kashmir, Jammu and even in Delhi and Aligarh. He spent nearly eight years in prisons in Indian democracy. Prof.Bhim Singh said that High Court of J&K is still called ‘The High Court of J&K’ and has not been constituted as the High Court of Judicature as is the case with all the High Courts in the country. He regretted that the fundamental rights available to the citizens of India have remained denied to the citizens of India residing in J&K for the reason that J&K has not been integrated with the Union of India. Article 370 is the wailing wall between J&K and the rest of the country which does not allow fundamental rights/human rights to flow from New Delhi to J&K. Where students protesting or kept under trial for years for the political movement they had initiated in the state of J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that after the death of former Chief Minister, Mufti Mohd. Sayeed, there is no person who can carry the message of equality and equal treatment for the people of J&K at par with the people in rest of the country. Mufti Mohd. Sayeed had given the clear message that every resident of J&K is a citizen of India with no bankruptcy or difference when he contested election from Uttar Pradesh (India) and became the first Union Home Minister under the leadership of Mr. V.P. Singh. This message has gone to every Kashmiri youth and there is a occasion that every youth of J&K shall work and fight for securing fundamental rights to all the people in the country from Kanyakumari to Kashmir and Ladakh. Prof.Bhim Singh said that this message has been blocked by the ruling parties of J&K and the BJP government in Delhi is trying to sabotage this message for the reason which can only be explained by Prime Minister Modi.

Prof.Bhim Singh appealed the youth of J&K to join the Panthers Party in J&K which is the only hope to ensure that the people of J&K shall succeed ensuring the fundamental rights to all the people of J&K.Prof.Bhim Singh said that this mission can be achieved by reorganization the state of J&K so that twin states Jammu Pradesh and Kashmir Province could be organized by ensuring all fundamental rights to the people of J&K with one flag. So-called separate constitution of J&K with no fundamental rights is farce, deception and cannot be accepted in 21st century when man has conquered the moon and the mars.

PM Modi fails to deliver at Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine conclave in Katra

“It was all anti-climax at the end of PM Modi’s speech at the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine University conclave this afternoon as Prime Minister Modi failed to mention a word about the PHE daily wagers numbering about 30,000, failed to address the sufferings and miserable plight of the hills of Mata Vaishno Devi now called as ‘baridars’ and have been literally turned as beggars in their own land. These baridars and their ancestors have been looking after the shrine for centuries without any benefit or gain.

Several hundred Katra activists including their panches and sarpanches of Katra areas surrounding the university have been kept away under the threats of handcuffs by the police who have been protesting peacefully for their causes.”

This was the reaction of Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party from New Delhi camp office about PM Modi’s visit to Katra and his conquest of the peasantry and the Vaishno Devi owners who have been suffering for decades and demanding justice and equity.

Prof.Bhim Singh wanted to know from Prime Minister Modi why he failed to mention the plight of the people who have been suffering at the hands of his half-a-partner with PDP in the state. Prime Minister could not mention a word about the suffering daily wagers in PHE, he could not mention a word about the miserable situation the masters of Vaishno Devi Shrine have been facing since their humiliating ouster. Prime Minister also could not address the open meeting and had to direct the security forces to prepare a security covered up hall in the Katra University  ground costing more than, as estimated, Rs.20 crores.

Prof.Bhim Singh wanted to know from Modi about the plight of the labourers working on different projects for the shrine and for the service condition of the Shrine Board employees. He wanted to know the benefit of the latest hospital to the Katra division and the poor people. He also expressed surprise that Prime Minister could not open the Stadium by travelling about 500 meters ahead from the Shrine Board camp. He said that Prime Minister pressed the switch to open to perform the inauguration of the stadium. Was it due to the security risk?

Prof.Bhim Singh expressed surprise that Prime Minister of India could not say a word to appeal the students of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University in Rajouri which was closed a few days back because of students unrest. The Prime Minister failed to say a word giving call to the students and youth in the Valley who have been staging demonstration against the state. Prof.Bhim Singh wondered whether Prime Minister Modi had any faint idea about the situation that has developed in different areas of J&K?

Prof.Bhim Singh hoped that Prime Minister shall call an open meeting of the representative of all the recognized political parties in J&K including the representatives of the national parties functioning in J&K so that justice is done to all residents of J&K from all three regions. He said that Article 370 is a stumbling block in the way of integration of J&K with the rest of the country. He wondered why Prime Minister Modi is silent on this subject?

NPP’s tributes to Baroda ruler Gaekwad & his Brahmin teacher, Mahadev Ambedkar to gave him name & education

National Panthers Party’s Delhi unit organised a befitting programme on 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was celebrated with a great show at Jantar Mantar, the Hyde Park Corner of India’s capital, New Delhi. National Panthers Party which was founded 34 years back in J&K by a Congress legislator, Prof.Bhim Singh organised the show at Jantar Mantar to pay homage to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar who is popularly known Baba Saheb Ambedkar.

Prof.Bhim Singh has taken the message of goodwill, brotherhood and humanism from Dr. Ambedkar’s first political party which he called as Dalit Panthers before he was elected the Chairman of the Drafting Committee of the Indian Constitution, which remains in the history of democratic country as the longest Constitution full of equality, equity and dictates to uphold rule of law for all.

The special meeting organised at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi by the Panthers Party was chaired by Prof.Bhim Singh, the Founder of J&K National Panthers Party who believes that the Panthers were no more Dalits after the Indian Constitution was made applicable to every citizen of India. He regretted that this great Constitution of India is not still applicable to the State of J&K. He praised Baba Saheb Ambedkar for opposing the insertion of Article 370 which has tabboed the entry of the Indian Constitution to J&K. He said, had Indian leadership accepted Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s opinion to merge the State of J&K with the Union of India along with other 577 states. There should have been no disturbance in J&K as is witnessed today in Kashmir.

Prof.Bhim Singh also regretted that the historians and the fun makers have not been able to project the real psychological and social history of India before 1950. He said that the contribution of Maharaja Gaekwad of Baroda (Sahyaji Rao-III) and Brahmin teacher Mahadev Ambedkar to make Bhimrao Ambedkar a legendary character in the history of Indian democracy have not been sincerely and faithfully brought to the notice of the new generation. He said that the new generation have not been sincerely and honestly informed about the contribution of the Maharaja of Baroda to project, educate and make Dr. Ambedkar an everlasting name in the history of the Indian Constitution. While we remember Dr. Ambedkar, this is our moral duty to keep in mind the great contribution of the ruler of Baroda, who had seen the light in the diamond he had seen in the eyes of Baba Saheb Ambedkar long before the political birth of Mahatma Gandhi even. His conversion into Buddhism also needs an indepth study of that situation and moral and social standards of the Indian society which had great humanist like Gaekwad of Baroda and teacher like Mahadev Ambedkar.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Dr. Ambedkar had intended to ensure that a uniform society in India shall crop up in 50 years after freedom. This was the reason that he did not accept the proposition to rename suffering class as ‘Harijan’, the name which was chosen for the suffering society those days.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that the real homage to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar shall be to keep out all the members of the super society like landlords, IAS, IPS, IRS and other similarly placed class on the list of Scheduled Castes (Reserved categories). Those who are still seen begging even in the streets of New Delhi, the capital city of India should be given the benefit of providing education and other amenities for their social growth in the society so that India becomes classless with all human beings enjoying equal opportunity in life and there shall be no child with the begging bowl seen in the hearts of the great New Delhi, the capital of India.

ambdedkarThose come who were among the senior Panthers Party leaders included Romesh Khajuria, Baba Ramdev Tomar, Ms. Nasreen Hamid (Chairperson-Global Women’s Lib), Om Kishan, Ajay Raj, Dildar Hussain Beg, A.J. Rajan, Vijay, Kali Ram Tomar, K.K. Raghav, Vijay Kaul, Bhawani Maharaj, Vimal Dhariwal, Mehfooz Khan, Ms. Monika, Pawan Kumar, Santosh Jindahai, P.R. Pal, Vijay Kumar  and others. Mr. Rajiv Jolly Khosla, State President, Delhi Pradesh presided over the condolence meeting.

Peace, fraternity, brotherhood, equality & justice should be universal message for all

Addressing a huge conclave of lawyers, intellectuals, social activists and proletariat this afternoon, welcoming the New Year at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, the Panthers Party headquarters in exile, Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party expressed hope that 2016 shall be the year of peace all over the world which shall bring an end in the nuclear race in the world. The illiteracy shall be wiped off and justice shall flow to every home. So that the human being shall not die of hunger or starvation wherever they are in the East or West, North or South. There shall be rule of law covered with a humanism, socialism and justice everywhere in the world.

Greeting-2016Prof.Bhim Singh while addressing several rallies with a New Year’s Message for 2016 declared that Palestine shall be a sovereign and independent state in 2016. There shall be an end of cruel and dictatorial regimes which have been in-existence in the 21st century. There shall be end of illiteracy and poverty all over the world and the authoritarianism shall no longer survive anywhere in the world–East or in the West.

Prof.Bhim Singh, a Barrister from Lincoln’s Inn, Post Graduate from London University who travelled around the world with peace mission starting from India from 1967 to 1973 called on the youth and the students in particular from all over the world to take up mission for peace and equality so that there shall be end of wars, hatred, guns and inequality. So that all the human being on earth shall live in peace, equality and human dignity irrespective of their country, region, religion, race or colour. Prof.Bhim Singh said that his mission for peace around the world for five years has taught him humanism, equality, justice, truth and love for entire humanity. He said that the younger generation should take up the cause for peace by declaring a war against hatred and armament. The world should produce more food for the humanity and not guns.

Prof.Bhim Singh in his book which he wrote after completing his peace mission on motorcycle for five years came to the conclusion that,

“The world is my country and India my home. Peace is my lasting mission and equality my faith.”

He declared that he shall take up another mission around the world for complete disarmament and human dignity with end of all exploitations.
