He made a strong appeal to all particularly the judges of Apex Court to sit in a close door meeting inside the premises of the Supreme Court and resolve the issues in the interest of credibility of the judiciary and future of democracy in India. Prof.Bhim Singh also advised the lawyers fraternity to cover this incident gently and politely so that the credibility of the judiciary shall remain intact. He reminded the lawyers fraternity about the legal role which was played by the prominent judges of the Supreme Court namely, Justice Mohammad Hidayatullah, Justice Krishna Aiyer, Justice P.N. Bhagwati, Justice Chennappa Reddy even Justice Adarsh Sein Anand. He said that judges can deliver a judgment and those who do not agree can record their dissenting judgment. There is no justification for the Hon’ble Judges to address a press conference. The address of Prof.Bhim Singh was welcomed by lawyers fraternity.
