Dismissal of J&K Govt., Urgent Governor Rule & move the Security Council against Pak firing

Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party urged the President of India to dissolve J&K Govt. without any delay within the meaning and scope of Section 92 of J&K Constitution for resolving the political crises in Jammu and Kashmir and bringing an end to militancy in the State of J&K which has threatened the peace in the entire country and shaken the roots of national integration. Prof.Bhim Singh accused the present government in J&K comprising of PDP and BJP for the present situation caused in the entire State of J&K promoting the seedling of violence, hatred and tension among the peace-loving people of three regions namely, Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu Pradesh.

Prof.Bhim Singh urged the President of India to kindly have a look at the newspaper reports sponsored by reliable new agencies this morning as the entire nation is waiting a strong decision as a President of India. He said that blaming or accusing one political party or the other shall not help the political parties to raise their ballot papers because the entire country is waiting for an urgent change in the political situation in the country and that is possible only when peace is restored in the entire State of J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh urged the President to kindly assess the situation created by foreign guns or the guns of militants in Uri, Baramulla, Thajal, Tillawari, Churanda where people are shown by the media even to flee their homes. The Govt. spokesman in Kashmir made a statement that, “We have kept scores of vehicles ready to evacuate people from the affected area and have kept ambulances ready in case emergency arises.” The border areas in the Districts of Poonch, Rajouri, Jammu are facing the worst situation than the people in Baramulla and Anantnag. Unprovoked and indiscriminate firing in Jammu and Kashmir’s Charunda Uri Sector. As of now, no casualties or loss of property have been reported.

Prof.Bhim Singh urged President of India to force his government (Union of India) to take up the issue before the Security Council against the breakers of International Law and shattering the UN Resolutions vis-à-vis LoC and International Borders.
