PM Modi brought fresh tag ‘Indian Administered Kashmir’ from his shake hand with US President

“Prime Minister Modi shook hand with US President, Mr. Donald Trump, embraced the President, had grand dinner and returned to India with a coloured tag for Kashmir as Administered Jammu and Kashmir by India.” This is the immediate and prompt reaction from Prof.Bhim Singh, Founder of J&K National Panthers Party whose party has been fighting for strengthening National Integration from Kanyakumari to Kashmir.

Prof.Bhim Singh gave a call to the Indian media and the politicians to describe entire 13 south states of the USA as Administered South America. NPP Supremo asked Donald Trump’s administration in the USA to let the children/students in the American schools read the history of what they call the United States of America and let the children know that how not America invaded the Southern States, most of them were governed by the INCAS and Mexico. The 13 States in the USA have their language as Spanish and they still adhere to the Spanish culture which was destroyed by the forefathers of American Presidents who is telling the people of J&K that they are an administered state when J&K has been part and parcel of the culture, geography with Bharata (India) for thousands of years. Prof.Bhim Singh has offered a copy of Bhagwad Gita and Ramayana to the American President to understand the cultural, social, geographical and political map of Bharata since centuries.

Prof.Bhim Singh called on the youth, students and all nationalist political activists to launch their strong protest against the statement of Trump administration and asked him to read the history of his own country which came into existence couple of hundreds years ago.

Prof.Bhim Singh also appealed to the political activists in India to launch their protest on the ignorance and colonial attitude of the President of the USA.

Modi Govt. should explain India’s foreign policy vis-à-vis Non-Alignment & Palestine

“India has pursued its foreign policy adhering to the basic principles of Non-Alignment and disarmament right since 1950 when Indian Constitution was floated on 26th January, 1950. Prime Minister Modi’s statement from the lawns of the White House, USA after his 35-minute exclusive talk with charismatic President of USA that indicates India’s fall into the American trap, worst than NATO alliance and indicates that India has nothing to do with its over 60 years commitment to Non-Alignment.” This statement is made by Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party & Convenor of Non-Aligned Movement in India calling on all political parties outside the BJP’s spectrum to convene a national meeting of all those who believe in democracy, rule of law, one India and peaceful co-existence.

Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the Prime Minister of India that India is not limited in its scope from New Delhi to Ahmedabad (Gujarat) but India has been playing and destined to play a world role to ensure peaceful co-existence of the entire world with complete disarmament which was the commitment that India made before Bandung, China in 1954 when India with China floated Panchsheel with a hope to end the wars and destruction around the globe so that the entire world shall live in peace and harmony.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that meeting of Indian Prime Minister with US President was witnessed by the people of the globe but it did not appeal the people of India or the people of the USA. Prof.Bhim Singh said that a meeting shall be organised in India very soon by National Panthers Party and the friendly parties to work out a way to ensure that message of peace shall flow all over the world.

Prof.Bhim Singh expressed surprise on the floated statement made by Iranian leader mixing Kashmir with Palestine which is not only in bad taste but also calls on the Iranian leader to go back to the history of Jammu and Kashmir which has been integral part of Bharata (India) since centuries when Aryans must have walked from Persia to the banks of the Ganges and marked their entry to Asia. Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei that J&K has been an integral part of India as Hamadan has been an integral part of Iran.

Prof.Bhim Singh also reminded Ayatollah Ali Khamenei that it was India with Iran who had voted against the partition of Palestine in 1948 under UN Resolution 181. Prof.Bhim Singh said that during his visit to Iran in 1967 he has not forgotten that every Iranian feels to be proud of being Aryan. He hoped that Mr. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei shall correct his statement which he made yesterday as reported in some newspapers mixing Kashmir with Palestine. Prof.Bhim Singh said that he shall also write a letter toAyatollah Ali Khamenei in this regard with a note that people of J&K are secular, democratic and had rejected the two-nation theory which was imposed by British Empire on India in 1947.

NPP Supremo extends Eid Greetings to Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid, Delhi

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party extended Eid Greetings to Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid, Delhi, Syed Shaban Bukhari. He presented red roses and hoped that message of Eid and Islam (Peace) shall flow from the peace-loving waters of the Indian sea, Kanyakumari to Kashmir which has been going and spreading message of peace for centuries of the foothill of Hiamalayas from the North.

Prof.Bhim Singh was accompanied by Delhi Pradesh Panthers President, Rajiv Jolly Khosla, Chairman of Bhim Brigade Shri Sushil Khanna and others. The Panthers Party leaders called on the Shahi Imam at Jama Masjid, Delhi at noon and greeted Shahi Imam and the entire Muslim fraternity from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in India and from Palestine to Indonesia hoping that peace shall return to the world and world shall live in peace and with dignity.

Prof.Bhim Singh hoped that the people in Palestine shall also get the statehood which United Nations had granted to Palestine in 1948 when Palestine was divided by most unfortunate decision of the United Nations in its Resolution no. 181 which was opposed by India, Iran and some other Members of the United Nations.

Parliament can save J&K from further death & destruction, President should act now or never

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party has urged the President of India to intervene without any further delay in his capacity as the custodian of Constitution vis-à-vis Autonomy ridden state of J&K which has been passing through the most dangerous period in its history since 1947. NPP Supremo in a strong appeal to the President of India who is literally a Viceroy vis-à-vis J&K within the meaning and scope of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution though this provision was temporary yet it has survived for nearly 70 years thanks to the Parliament of India.

Prof.Bhim Singh appealed to all the Members of the Parliament from different areas of the country and different political groups and parties to take up the situation in J&K on urgent footing because the situation is taking a dangerous turn which may threaten the unity and the integrity of the entire nation. NPP Supremo appealed to all the political parties in Parliament to go ahead with the process to merge J&K with the rest of the country as was done in 1950 in respect of 575 States to form Union of India. The NPP Supremo said that two states namely Hyderabad and Junagarh had not merged or even signed the Instrument of Accession but they were also included in the List of the States which floated the Union of India on 26th January, 1950. J&K was left out. This is not the time to blame the people who committed this mistake knowingly or unknowingly. It was a blunder. Question rises what a party/parties in power at the Centre have done since they came to power under the leadership of Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi three years back.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Army is no replacement to maintain public order or law an order in the interiors of J&K. It is police and the police is controlled by the local government what you call state government. He said that there is no trace of local government/civil government in J&K. The Govt. is kept in the shadows only because RSS/BJP has come to power for the first and may be last time in the State of J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh urged President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee to act in accordance in the power vested in him under Article 370 of the Indian Constitution. NPP Supremo, a Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court and a leading Constitutional lawyer said that proviso in Article 370 was buried in the political grave of J&K the day J&K Assembly was constituted and its own Constitution was applied on 26th January, 1956. The proviso which restrained the power of the President in 370, Clause-3 was buried in the grave of the Constitutional history in 1956 when J&K merged into the Union of India  with its own Constitution which declared that J&K is integral part of the Union of India.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that President of India has unlimited power because he is holding the powers that the Viceroy of India enjoyed before 26th January, 1950 since the Constitution of India in its totality has not been promulgated in the State of J&K. It is President of India who has unlimited power in spite of the Union Govt. to act vis-à-vis State of J&K. What is happened in Kashmir today a shocking, what happened yesterday was unforgivable but what is going to happen tomorrow can threaten the National Integration. This is President of India to act now or never.

Brutal murder of J&K Police officer proves lack of governance in J&K, Governor Rule is only way out

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party expressed deep shock on the act of heinous murder of a young police officer, Mohd. Ayub Pandith today in front of Jamia Masjid, Nowhatta in Srinagar when there was no such situation in the area.

Prof.Bhim Singh urged President of India to act according to the mandate of the Constitution of India without delay as any more delay shall prove a disaster for the unity and integrity of the entire nation—India.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that some undesirable and unwanted elements from across the border have cross lined into the State with a definite plan to create chaos, disorder and lawlessness in J&K with a dangerous plan to disintegrate India. That needs to be checked forthwith. The only way out, NPP Supremo said, is to dismiss a government in J&K which has no control over the situation which is evident today that a senior police officer was lynched to death in broad day light in the presence of armed policemen and civil society.

Prof.Bhim Singh also urged Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India to think of the Nation, the people and India’s unity and act in accordance to the need of the nation this time. President’s Rule is the only solution.

Prof.Bhim Singh made a strong appeal to the people in Kashmir Valley, particularly the youth to avoid violence and think of the Eid which is coming only after two days. He strongly urged the youth of Kashmir to wave flowers in their hands to greet their friends and neighbourers. The guns are not to be used on the eve of Eid. He reminded fellow brethren in Kashmir.
