BJP-PDP Govt. cannot act as a dictator threatening citizens of India in J&K to attend political functions on R-Day

Prof.Bhim Singh, Sr. Advocate & Expert on the mandate of the Constitution of India has described the threat released in the name of Official Memoranda to the citizens of India/employees of J&K government to attend government functions on the Republic Day which is gazetted day in the whole of the country. This status of Republic Day has been recognized in the Constitution of India as a gazetted holiday on January 26 each year. It is the day when India’s Constitution came into force on this day in 1950. The Constitution of India has never been extended to the State of J&K till this day. Prof.Bhim Singh warned the dictators of RSS and PDP which are ruling J&K today that any authoritarian act or expression against the employees working in J&K shall be treated as utterly unlawful and the doors of the Supreme Court shall be knocked by the Legal Aid Committee, headed Prof.Bhim Singh.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that the Govt. of J&K, presently controlled by RSS under the command of Nagpur shall be responsible for any mishap that may occur in J&K on the Republic Day.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that the so-called notification/warning issued by the Govt. of J&K forcing the employees/people in J&K to attend any government function under force/coercion shall be utterly illegal and unacceptable under the domain of the fundamental rights of all residents of J&K/citizens of India, though Constitution of India has not been extended fully in the State of J&K which acceded to the Union of India on October 26, 1947. This was a treachery against the people of J&K that the Parliament of India has not merged the State of J&K with the rest of the country till this day. Article 370, a temporary provision in the Constitution of India is shame and that needs to be scrapped/amended without any delay. Prof.Bhim Singh appealed the people of J&K from all sections of the society to attend Republic Day celebration with the citizens of India in the rest of the country, although J&K has not been integrated with the Union of India till this day.

Prof.Bhim Singh asked Modi government to direct BJP governments in the states to issue a similar direction to the people in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Assam and elsewhere if the government could do that in the rest of the country.
