NPP Supremo calls on Panthers Party activists to take up movement of one Flag, one Constitution & FRs for all

Addressing a strong rally of the Panthers Party leaders and office bearers at Jammu today, Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party made it clear that peace in J&K is possible only when the entire country shall have one Flag (Tri-colour), one Constitution and Fundamental Rights for all from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Peace in J&K is possible only when the people of entire State including Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu shall be guaranteed all fundamental rights which have not been given to the citizens of India residing in J&K for the past 70 years.

          Addressing senior party activists at Panthers Party headquarters in Gandhinagar, Jammu this afternoon, Prof.Bhim Singh expressed shock on the failure of Modi government on all fronts ranging from the demonetization to Kashmir, he said that J&K has been used by the BJP government as a toy making mockery of the fundamental rights of the people of J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh also presented detailed report of the situation prevailing in the border areas of Jammu (rural), Rajouri, Poonch, Gool-Gulabgarh, Reasi and other areas which were visited by Prof.Bhim Singh with his team in the past four days.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that J&K can have peace and the people shall live with honour and dignity only when J&K is integrated with the rest of the country and the entire nation from Kashmir to Kanyakumari shall have one Flag, one Constitution and Fundamental Rights to all. He said that people of J&K (Indian citizens) have not been provided Fundamental Rights in the Constitution of J&K as Constitution of India is not applicable in the State of J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Accession by Maharaja Hari Singh in 1947 which was duly signed by Maharaja Hari Singh has not been approved/accepted by the Parliament of India as it was done in respect of 575 other states whose rulers had signed Instrument of Accession. Maharaja signed the Instrument of Accession on 26th October, 1947 but that was not treated and merger by the Constituent Assembly of India.  J&K has not been merged with the Union of India till today as it was done in respect of 577 other states. Though, two states Junagara and Hyderabad had not merged with the Union of India. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Parliament shall have to take a decision without delay and merged State of J&K with the rest of the country so that the people of J&K shall also enjoy the fundamental rights like their Indian brethren. The special meeting was presided by JKNPP President, Mr. Balwant Singh Mankotia.
