NPP Supremo urges President of India for his urgent intervention u/s. 370 to dismiss J&K Govt.

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party and Executive Chairman of State Legal Aid Committee has urged Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India to intervene under Article 370 vis-à-vis Jammu and Kashmir. He urged President to dismiss the Mehbooba Mufti’s government and dissolve the Assembly of J&K which has become irrelevant and a liability on public after the demise of Mufti Mohd.Sayeed in January this year.

Prof.Bhim Singh also in his communication, urged Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India to ensure that the national interest is kept intact. He has done a lot for the survival of the BJP ministry in PDP government in J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that it was shocking rather a national disgrace the way the J&K Chief Minister has used horrifying adjectives in public meeting. A Chief Minister of J&K Govt. has used such anti-national words by praising Afzal Guru and Burhan Wani. Ms. Mehbooba Mufti has deserved to be prosecuted for the contempt of the Supreme Court and for abusing the Indian Army for the death of Burhan Wani. Mehbooba Mufti has gone beyond any norms of decency and has derogated the judiciary and abused the Indian Army. Prof.Bhim Singh demanded dismissal of Mehbooba’s government without any delay lest the whole state of J&K falls into unimaginable chaos and resulting into untold human sufferings and miseries. J&K Chief Minister was addressing a tourism conference in the heart of Indian capital, New Delhi.

He said that dismissal of the PDP-BJP government is the only way out to save the state from further death and destruction and to restore the credibility of democratic institution in the state.
