NPP Supremo congratulates Mehbooba Mufti for her mathematically victory with 22% votes

Prof.Bhim Singh, Supremo of National Panthers Party and Member of National Integration Council (India) has congratulated Ms. Mehbooba Mufti daughter of Late Mufti Mohd. Sayeed on her electoral victory in the bye-election for the State Assembly though with 22% votes which cannot be credited as political victory. She got 17,7,01 votes out of 80,000 which makes it 22.5% of the total votes in Anantnag constituency. Real credit goes to the Hurriyat Conference and other angry electorates who refused to participate in the election for the reason that the electoral system was a fraud where Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) can manipulate the voting patron. J&K is such a state where the EVMs are capable to manage any voting result in favour of the ruling parties.

Prof.Bhim Singh while congratulating the first lady Chief Minister of J&K winning the electoral battle from Kashmir mechanically to continue as legitimate Chief Minister. However, Prof.Bhim Singh advised Ms. Mehbooba Mufti to not to quit her seat in the Indian Parliament because she could play a bigger and historical role in the Parliament by seeking amendment in Article 370 of the Constitution of India which has literally enslave the people of J&K by virtue of keeping the Parliament off the political control over J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh suggested to Mehbooba Mufti that she should not follow the tracks which were assumed by senior Kashmiri leaders in the past for continuing in power. NPP Supremo advised Ms. Mehbooba Mufti to resign from the Assembly seat within 14 days and keep her Lok Sabha seat intact. He said that Mehbooba Mufti shall go down in the history of J&K as a law maker if she pleads on the floors of the Parliament for the amendment in Article 370 so that the Parliament shall be authorized to enact laws vis-à-vis J&K in respect of the Union List. It shall be a great revolution and the people of J&K shall be in a position to enjoy fruits of all fundamental rights enshrined in Chapter-III of the Constitution of India which have remained denied to the people of J&K since 1950 the day Constitution of India was adopted on 26th January, keeping the people of J&K out of the reach of the fundamental rights.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Ms. Mehbooba’s technical victory with 22% votes even if they were genuine, cannot be taken as electoral victory because 78 voters out of 100 have not voted her. This cannot be mandated as electoral victory as it is only a mechanical.

Prof.Bhim Singh congratulated the electorates in J&K who have exercised real democratic mechanism by keeping away from polling stations without indulging in any undemocratic route. Prof.Bhim Singh expressed confidence that the people of Kashmir Valley shall exercise their vote power for a genuine change in governance so that the real and genuine representatives shall go to the legislature to raise people’s voice for justice in the legislature. Prof.Bhim Singh said that the day fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution of India (Chapter-III) are made applicable in J&K and the draconian provisions in Article 370 are washed away the real democracy shall enter J&K which has remained denied to the people of J&K from the day Instrument of Accession was signed by Maharaja Hari Singh on 26th October, 1947.

Prof.Bhim Singh suggested to Ms. Mehbooba Mufti to resign her Assembly seat and assume her scientific role in the Parliament which has made the people of J&K as orphaned politically since 1947. The present political gang up between PDP and RSS shall not last for another eight months, any way.
