Tiranga Rally attacked by BJP Govt. at Doda District entry point, leaders arrested

About 500 Panthers Party activists including senior leaders Shri Harsh Dev Singh, Shri Balwant Singh Mankotia, Shri Yashpaul Kundal and other leaders were assaulted, lathicharged and arrested at Patnitop while the NPP was marching with Tri-colour flags to Lal Chowk to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir in their struggle to seek democracy and rule of law in the state.

          Prof.Bhim Singh strongly condemned the draconian and dictatorial arrest of the Panthers Party leaders and the activists who were marching towards Lal Chowk with tri-colour flags expressing solidarity with the students of Engineering College, Srinagar and others.

          Prof.Bhim Singh, Executive Chairman of State Legal Aid Committee and Chief Patron-NPP strongly condemned the arrest of the Panthers Party leaders and its activists at the entry point to Doda District which has been framed as boundary between Udhampur District and Kashmir in the Dixon Plan in 1951 under the CIA plan to dissect Kashmir from Jammu. Prof.Bhim Singh called on the Panthers Party workers and all other nationalist youth and students to continue the march to Lal Chowk (Srinagar) with tri-colour flags as India is one from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. He strongly condemned the RSS dominated government of J&K for acting as CIA agents to dissect Kashmir from Indian map.

 

Anti-Tiranga BJP/PDP J-K Govt. stumbles Tiranga Rally on Jammu-Srinagar Rd., Panthers call it anti-national

J&K National Panthers Party Tiranga Yatra started three days back from Lal Qila (New Delhi) to Lal Chowk (Srinagar) was stumbled this afternoon at Batote bordering District of Udhampur and Doda by the BJP-PDP government through Armed Police Battalions which has frozen the entire Highway from Banihal to Udhampur.

          Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party in a strongly worded protest letter addressed to Shri Rajnath Singh, Union Home Minister seeking his urgent intervention to save the people of J&K from the anti-national, anti-people and authoritarian government of BJP and PDP which has been working against the national interest while provoking the innocent people of J&K against the Union of India to help implement the dictates of Dixon Plan which was introduced in 1951 for the creation of Greater Kashmir so that the roads were built for the Anglo-American Block to establish its military bases in Kashmir to counter the rise of Republic of China.

          Prof.Bhim Singh strongly condemned the Govt. of J&K as it is collaborating with the anti-national forces working under the patronage of Anglo-American agencies in J&K to sabotage the national integration of India as they have been plotting earlier to dissect J&K from the rest of the country.

          Prof.Bhim Singh said that he had led Panthers Party strong rally from Lal Qila to Lal Chowk in 2005 which was participated by all Panthers Party legislators and senior leaders upto Lal Chowk. He said that Panthers Party had flagged tri-colour flags at Lal Chowk where hundreds of youth welcomed the Panthers Party gesture in 2005. He said the Panthers Party under the leadership of Mr. Harsh Dev Singh, Chairman, Mr. Balwant Singh Mankotia, President, Mr. Yashpaul Kundal, President Young Panthers, Chowdhary Mohd. Iqbal, Vice President, Sr. Paramjit Singh Marshall, Trade Union Provincial President, Ms. Anita Thakur, Mr. Bansi Lal Sharma, Advisor-JKNPP, General Secretary and others had started this morning from the city of Jammu towards Lal Chowk in Kashmir. Heavy contingent of police armed with guns and weapons have fortified the entire peaceful road from Udhampur to Banihal to stop the Panthers Party Tiranga Yatra which was taken to express solidarity with the youth, labourers, farmers, students of the entire State of J&K to ensure that justice is done to all and there shall be no discrimination against any class or classes of the citizens of India residing in J&K from Leh to Srinagar, Srinagar to Jammu and Poonch to Kishtwar.     

          Prof.Bhim Singh in a strong appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi to treat the people of J&K as citizens of India and great them same privileges, facilities and freedom with equality that has been guaranteed by the Constitution of India to all citizens of India as J&K is integral part of the Union of India. He demanded immediate amendment in Article 370 of the Constitution of India so that the Chapter of Fundamental Rights (Chapter-III) of the Constitution is extended in full to the State of J&K. He also urged the Prime Minister and Home Minister to let the Panthers Party march upto Lal Chowk (Kashmir) which is a Fundamental Right of every resident of J&K being citizen of India.
