Prof.Bhim Singh, Founder of J&K National Panthers Party expressed a great hope in the rise of the civil society in coordination with the lawyers and academician fraternity which is destined to bring a scientific change in socio-political sphere of Jammu Pradesh. He said that this is only way to provide social security to the people of Kashmir Valley which can grow and developed as a secured society as a twin state in J&K. He said that Kashmir Valley was a province of the Punjab under Maharaja Ranjit Singh and this province of Punjab was merged into J&K in 1846 under the Treaty of Amritsar which had been opposed by Kashmiri leadership including Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah and his National Conference. He said that J&K has three strong cultural and social entities and each one; Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu Pradesh have different cultural, linguistic and social identities which need to be appreciated by all democratic and secular forces inside and outside the state.

Prof.Bhim Singh congratulated the lawyers’ fraternity and the notables from the civil society of Jammu Pradesh for sitting together to work out a joint action plan as to what needs to be done at this stage to save J&K as integral part of India and ensure that the enemies of India led by Anglo-American Bloc do not dare interfere with the internal security of India. He said that Anglo-American Bloc with the help of ISI have been maneuvering divide Jammu Pradesh in order to create communal divide in Jammu Pradesh to enable old Dixon Plan proposed by Jewish Australian Judge as UN Observer in J&K in 1951. The unity of Jammu is in the greater interest the security of the country and that could be done by the reorganization of the state by establishing twin state formula by creating Kashmir Valley state and Jammu Pradesh which is possible by amending Article 370 of the Indian Constitution. He said that Parliament is sovereign and competent to amend any provision of the Constitution of India in the interest of unity, integrity and sovereignty of the nation.

Prof.Bhim Singh had organized a grand meeting of the civil society in Jammu Club last month which was participated by several prominent political personalities and notables from the society including ex-Army Generals, Congress leaders who endorsed the Magna Carta, 1268 for Jammu Pradesh to ensure political equality, social and linguistic protection which alone can save the people of J&K from further death and destruction.

Prof.Bhim Singh called on Panthers Party leadership in J&K and the volunteers to continue their struggle with care and caution as they have been doing after the Assembly election in J&K. He said the people of J&K have started missing the Panthers Party inside the legislature and they want return of Panthers Party back to the legislature so that the voice of the people shall echo once again from the floors of the legislature. He hoped that civil society shall continue its agenda without any hesitation or interruption.

BJP instrumental abetting PDP & NC In promoting Dixon Plan in J&K

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party has urged Shri N.N. Vohra, Governor of J&K to demonstrate his courage to enforce the Law and constitutional mandate in J&K which stands threatened by NC and PDP with full abetment of the PDP ruling partner, BJP. All these parties are being used as instruments of the Anglo-American Bloc through CIA and ISI to flare up communal passion in J&K through one means or the other. The ruling PDP-BJP government has been abetting the law breakers to damn the laws made by their legislators for years just to create communal divide in Jammu Pradesh with an aim to divide Jammu Pradesh as planned by Oven Dixon, UN Observer in 1951 so that an ‘Islamic Republic of Kashmir’ is established with the help and system of the Anglo-American Bloc. This is to facilitate the US to establish its military headquarters in the so-called Greater Kashmir so that they can keep a watch on the moments of Chinese Army in the region.

The history stands witness that Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru could foresee this dangerous designs of the US. It were Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru who rejected the plan and got Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah (Nehru’s great friend in Kashmir) dismissed as Prime Minister of J&K and sent him to jail for trial for threatening the security of the state. The same masters have found easy access to the present regimes in Delhi and J&K and trying to make in roads to the Valley through BJP.

Prof.Bhim Singh expressed surprise that National Conference has moved an amendment bill in the J&K legislature seeking amendment in the 150 years old Ranbir Penal Code relating to prohibition on animal slaughter in the state. Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the countrymen that it was Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah and his family, which ruled J&K for three generations. They could not find any fault with provisions of the Ranbir Penal Code. Section 298 (a) etc. have started irking National Conference leaders in the Valley only because they have left behind the race in communalizing situation in J&K by the PDP. Secondly, it is a matter of great concern that the NC leaders want implementation of fundamental rights provided in the Constitution. Which constitution and where are the fundamental rights in the Constitution of J&K which the NC, PDP and other rulers of J&K have got for themsleves? J&K has separate Constitution whereas there is no provision for a single fundamental right in the Constitution of J&K. Fundamental rights are available only in the Constitution of India which is not applicable to the State of J&K. Which fundamental rights the NC leaders are talking about?

Prof.Bhim Singh said that the people of J&K are intelligent enough and secularism is inseparable part of the Ladhakiat, Kashmiriat and Dogriat. He appealed to the people to get together evolve a reasonable alternative to get rid of the blood suckers ruling J&K since 1947, may they be National Conference, PDP or BJP (now). He also urged Shri N.N. Vohra, the Governor of J&K for his urgent intervention u/s. 92 of the Constitution of J&K, dismiss the failed government, dissolve the Assembly and order fresh polls. Let the people decide what they want and whom they want.

BJP instrumental abetting PDP & NC In promoting Dixon Plan in J&K

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party accused the BJP-PDP leadership to foment communal conflict in J&K in order to regain the lost credibility of their political victory in J&K. This helps BJP to create a communal divide so that they succeed in their nefarious designs to divert the mind of the majority community in the country to gain lost support in the coming elections in Bihar and elsewhere.

The NPP Supremo cautioned the Panthers Party activists and all other revolutionary groups and parties who have been opposing the BJP for its utter failure to follow their promised agenda in Jammu Pradesh. They have failed to hold delimitation of constituencies to remove political discrimination in J&K. BJP has failed to address the grievances of 15 lacs Pak and POK refugees who have been living a life of wretched of the earth for the past 67 years without statehood, civil or political rights. These refugees or migrants have been victim of Congress for many years and now the BJP is doing the same with the citizens of India as they are. BJP promised to destroy Resettlement Act, provide proprietory rights (Malkiyat) to the allottees from POK and Pak who have been living as allottees on temporary basis in the agricultural land which the people left in J&K while voluntarily migrating to Pakistan in 1947. The Govt. of J&K has enacted a Law allowing all these Pak-nationals (presently) to return and seek full rehabilitation on their lands. This Law has been challenged by the Panthers Party and is still pending before the Supreme Court of India with a permanent stay till disposal. Jammu Pradesh has 37 Assembly seats against 46 in the Valley. The population of the two regions is almost even. The BJP had made a commitment for holding delimitation which they forgot. There is discriminatory recruitment policy in J&K which is opposed by the Panthers Party tooth and nail from the streets to the Supreme Court. J&K government withdrew SRO in this connection on the petition of JKNPP but it reimposed the same discriminatory Law after the JKNPP withdrew petition.

The J&K government under the leadership of Farooq Abdullah as Chief Minister in 1999 grabbed 28000 sq. kms. of forest land in Nagrota sector for the resettlement of Kashmiri Muslim Migrants. The petition filed by the Panthers Party against this communal enactment is pending in the High Court of J&K for final disposal. The State has been playing hide and seek with the High Court.

The BJP betray the people of Jammu Pradesh, surrendered before PDP leadership for the sake of power and money which has been proved beyond an iota of doubt.

A petition was sponsored before Jammu High Court (PIL) to seek an order on the existing Law just to provoke a section of the society. It needs a special care to find out who has sponsored another PIL before the Kashmir Wing of the same High Court. Interestingly, the two wings of the same High Court have issued parallel directions which need urgent attention of the Governor of J&K to ensure that the judiciary is not used for political ends by any individual or group of individuals.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that this being done to create a communal divide in the state to divert the attention of the people from the real issues; chaos, disorder, anti-national propaganda, corruption and the issue of reorganization of the state by establishing twin states in J&K, Kashmir Valley and Jammu Pradesh where lies the only solution. He cautioned all nationalist activists and secular forces in J&K to act very carefully and with caution to defeat the ugly designs of the corrupt, communal and failed government.

Bhim Singh appeals youth of J&K to keep up traditions of communal harmony alive

jantar-manatar office in exile (1)Press Statement of Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party at his Jantar Mantar Camp Office in Exile, New Delhi.
The National Panthers Party shall contest in Bihar Assembly, the names of the candidates and constituencies shall be declared on Sunday. The NPP stands for the implementation of Lok Nayak Jaiprakash Narayan to deliver justice with dignity shall be the mission so that a Movement against corruption, communalism, nepotism and injustice shall be launched by NPP with cooperation of ‘Rashtra Chetna Abhiyan’. Prof.Bhim Singh in reply to a question on coalition/adjustment with any other party said that the parties which are looking for power and money to rob and rule always look for coalition partner sacrificing their commitment to the cause of the people just for the sake of votes and power.
Prof.Bhim Singh said, “I with great missionaries in J&K founded J&K National Panthers Party with a mission to eradicate corruption, communalism, nepotism and illiteracy and destroy the seedling of communalism and sectarianism from the society so that India of the great dreams of Subhash Chander Bose, Mahatma Gandhi and other freedom fighters could be realized. So that India shall read the word in establishing world with complete disarmament, peace in human love. So that there are no more wars, spill of human bloods and bullets.”

On Jammu and Kashmir
Addressing the media persons from the crowded Jantar Mantar Headquarters, Prof.Bhim Singh appealed the people, particularly the youth and students in J&K to act with wisdom, vision and courage to defeat the forces which intend to destabilize Bharat just to destabilize India so that the Anglo-American Bloc succeeds in their Dixon Plan. The Anglo-American Bloc has been using all its tools to create unrest and sabotage India’s unity ever since 1947.
The NPP Supremo appealed the people of J&K particularly the youth of Kashmir to ensure that communal harmony is maintained at all costs lest the foreign power get a chance to disturb peace.
In reply to other questions of the latest situation following the ban on cow slaughter has erupted in J&K, the NPP Supremo expressed full faith in the secular character of the people in the state and said that a law was enacted in the state by the Maharaja nearly 100 years ago in full confidence of the people. He said the Constituent Assembly formed in 1951 under the leadership of Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah approved several royal decrees including ban on cow slaughter and state subject. The Jamat-e-Islami MLAs in the Assembly, including Ali Shah Geelani, never raised any objection to this law universally accepted by the people of J&K to show respect to the religious sentiments of non-Muslim fraternity. He said that the Kashmiri Muslims always showed their tolerance, faith in religious co-existence and respect. He praised the Kashmiri Muslim majority for providing all kinds of protection to the minorities in Kashmir during the India’s partition, 1947. He said the Muslims and the non-Muslims have been co-existed as threads interwoven in a cloth. A unique integrated society called Kashmiriat. He said whatever has happened this time it is there because of power hungry politicians who want to create anarchy at any cost by trying to communalize the issues as they have failed on all other fronts in their campaign to provoke violence in Kashmir.
He appealed to the people of the Valley in particular to ensure that communal harmony is not disturbed and the sentiments of the neighbourers are not hurt which is teaching of ‘Islam’.
Prof.Bhim Singh held the present PDP-BJP government responsible for present disorder, anarchy, lawlessness and rise in militancy in the state. He reiterated Panthers Party’s commitment to uphold the sanctities of Kashmiriat, Ladhakiat and Dogriat by the reorganization of the state and declared that the party shall launch a movement from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in their demands seeking;
1. Dismissal of J&K Govt. and imposition of Governor’s Rule,
2. Amendment of Article 370 and revocation of Article 35(A).
3. Reorganization of J&K by establishing ‘Twin States’, i). Kashmir Valley & ii). Jammu Pradesh.
4. Dissolution of the present Assembly and fresh Assembly elections under Governor Rule.
