NPP Supremo condemns Modi Govt. for CBI raids against Raja Virbhadra Singh during his daughter’s wedding

NPP Supremo Prof.Bhim Singh, Sr. Advocate of Supreme Court and internationally known as human rights activist accused Prime Minister Modi for the CBI raids on the house/houses of H.P. Chief Minister, Raja Virbhadra Singh at a time when he was holding ceremony of the wedding of his daughter in Shimla. Prof.Bhim Singh said that this was a matter of shame that CBI raid was conducted to humiliate and denigrate a family which has been serving its people for centuries with highly credible record. It was 5th term of Raja Virbhadra Singh to take over as Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh through the power of the ballot as it happens in democracy.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that India is known all over the world as a unique symbol of civilization and its cultural heritage. Sending a raiding party in the morning hours when Chief Minister was walking to a temple in connection with the wedding of his daughter and asking him to vacate the house to conduct the raid, of course, at the pleasure of the Prime Minister who controls the rein of the CBI. Another interesting feature that FIR against Raja Virbhadra Singh was invented and filed only 24 hours before conducting the raid knowing well that wedding of the CM daughter was being solemnized.

Prof.Bhim Singh also accused Prime Minister Modi for his undesirable speech in San Jose (California) where he was addressing Indian-American President’s taking the audience as a rally in Bihar polls. Forgetting that he represents one of the greatest civilizations of the world where cultural values are never compromised. “Accusing, slandering or condemning his political opponents on foreign soil (USA) with mala fide intention to malign, disgrace and accuse the leaders and their relatives without substantial prove in its support speaks volumes about the Prime Minister’s political accuman and depth itself.” Prof.Bhim Singh said in his statement.

The NPP Supremo said that during his five years globetrotting on motorcycle he must have addressed over 1000 meetings and functions all over the world. He felt, movement he stepped out India, that he is the ambassador of India’s culture and civilization so he did not utter a single word on the internal affairs of India though he had suffered jails, tortures, expulsions and what not. He said the Prime Minister of India was supposed to represent India’s great culture and civilization and voice its unique contribution towards world peace, disarmament and its efforts for mutual co-existence to make world more peace loving and tolerant. His speech in San Jose was highly deplorable, not acceptable and deserves to be condemned by the media, intellectuals, historians and diplomats.

Prof.Bhim Singh called on all units of the Panthers Party all over the country to expose the Prime Minister’s remarks and observation made in the absence of the opposition parties and that too in a foreign/friendly country, the USA.

Prayer for President’s intervention in J&K under Section 92 of J&K Constitution.

Hon’ble President, Sir,
I am taking this liberty inviting your kind attention to the alarming situation that has arisen or allowed to be reasoned in J&K which needs to be settled without any delay in the interest of integrity, unity and sovereignty of India.
I have been insisting from day one the present PDP-BJP government was installed in the presence of Prime Minister of India followed by utterly irresponsible statement of the newly installed Chief Minister in the presence of Prime Minister Modi praising Pakistan for the conduct of Assembly elections in the State and thanking the terrorists/militants for their cooperation to conduct peaceful polls in J&K. This was highly intriguing message which has not been understood by the leadership of the Union Government.
That the present J&K Govt. comprising BJP and PDP has allowed a situation to be created in the state thereby provoking communal conflict, hatred and making the administration defunct with mala fide intention to generate hatred among the innocent people of Kashmir against the Union of India and provide an open platform to the inflitrators, militants and saboteurs of peace in the state in utter violation of the law of the land. The recent conflict who were bovine killing controversy was deliberately stirred in the state by the government, both BJP in Jammu and PDP in the Valley took a matter before the High Court knowing well that there was a settled law in J&K enacted through a Royal Decree in 1864 by the then ruler, Maharaja Ranbir Singh with the consent of the representatives of both Muslims and Hindus. This matter was never disturbed by the Constituent Assembly which was established by the Monarch in 1951 under the leadership of the then Prime Minister of J&K, Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah. The Constituent Assembly did not touch this aspect as the majority community never intended to hurt the feelings of the minorities in the state. The Constituent Assembly issued a separate Constitution for J&K on 26th January, 1957 and the two important Royal Decrees issued by Maharaja Ranbir Singh in 1864 (provision on cow-slaughter and another Royal Decree issued by Maharaja Hari Singh in 1927—‘State Subject’) were not touched. Both of them have become integral part of the J&K Laws. Where was occasion to invoke this matter (by BJP activists) before the High Court? On the other hand what was the need to challenge the established law before the Srinagar Wing of J&K High Court that the law relating to this subject be quashed knowing well that this is the subject for the State Legislature to deal with. What happened following two contradictory orders, one by Jammu Wing of J&K High Court and another by Srinagar Wing of the same High Court. This needs a careful investigation. I strongly believe that this was a joint strategy of both BJP and the PDP to stir communal conflict in the state particularly at a time when Pakistan was threatening to take up the matter before the United Nations where General Assembly was to meet in the near future.
This matter needs a serious consideration by the Hon’ble President of India to find out rather identify those forces (parties) within the state who are responsible to put India on the defensive before the international fraternity when the matter comes to the notice of the international fraternity that the Govt. of J&K cannot handle even ordinary law and order situation in the state. The ugliest drama played by the PDP-BJP government is to suspend entire internet services on cell phones or entire communication between J&K (India) and rest of the country on the Eid Day. This is done to attract the attention of the international community and the Muslim brotherhood all over the world from the day of Eid that India cannot even run the administration within J&K according to the Constitution and democratic norms. Besides, the BJP-PDP government used police power to curtail the personal liberty and freedom to attend religious functions on Eid Day in Kashmir which forms an integral part of the Union of India even according to the J&K Constitution. This is matter of shame that the administration has no command over the law and order situation and would not allow the citizens of India to participate in religious activities on the Eid Day even in their homes. This is done deliberately to blackmail the Indian democracy and send a dangerous message that Muslim fraternity is not allowed even to join prayers with their brethren on Eid Day. During 100 years of Dogra Rule it never happened even when there was uprising in Kashmir against the Dogra rulers. The Dogra rulers never used authority or police power to suppress the religious leaders to participate in their religious activities. The Hon’ble President may intervene at the earliest. This is in the utter national interest.
Mr. President, J&K has a separate Constitution, which is unfortunate though, which has insulted Section 92 which has vested supreme power in the President of India to advice the Governor of J&K to take over the rein of administration in case the Govt. fails to perform according to the Constitution and the Law. This is exactly the same situation which arose in 1990 when the Governor Rule was imposed in the state.
Mr. President, Sir, you are the only authority who has got power vested to intervene at such times to save the unity, integrity and sovereignty of India vis-à-vis J&K. The present government has failed utterly on all fronts. The BJP and PDP have dangerous agendas, though poles apart from each others. The PDP intends to address the Kashmiri Muslim majority on the lines proposed by Oven Dixon, UN Representative I in J&K in 1951 to dissect the Muslim majority areas of Jammu Pradesh and merged them with the Valley so that Greater Islamic Republic of Kashmir, as Oven Dixon had proposed could be established. This has been the Anglo-American Agenda for six decades to destabilize India. This has to be defeated in the interest of sovereignty of India and its secular credentials.
Hon’ble President, Sir, your intervention is very important and essential in this matter. The Constitution of J&K empowers the President to intervene without the opinion of the Union Govt. or without their advice or instruction. Your intervention shall save India forever.
With kind regards,
Yours sincerely,
Bhim Singh

Bhim Singh extends Eid Greetings to Muslim fraternity, 21st century should send message of Islam (Peace) to the world

Prof.Bhim Singh, Sr. Advocate & Specialist in Islamic Law and Middle-East Affairs extended Eid Greetings to the Muslim fraternity all over the world with a hope and trust that the two messages of Islam; Peace, tolerance and equity shall reach everywhere in the world in the 21st century which is century of Information & Technology.

Prof.Bhim Singh also invited the scholars, the intelligentsia, the parliamentarians, the academicians and the historians to study the Islamic history and its religious literature to understand the meaning and message of Islam. He regretted that the Western power today have joined hands under political interest to create confusion in the Middle-East and in the Islamic world for material and political gains which is obvious from the unrest created by vested interest in the Middle-East.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that European Bloc led by Anglo-American Axis has initiated a campaign to demonize some of the Arab leaders with utter mala fide reasons and with sole interest to grab political control over the Arab countries rich in earth wealth. He quoted Iraq, Libya, Sudan and some of the countries which were doing fantastic work at home for the development of their people. He held world media as responsible for the chaos and misrepresentation about the Arab people and its leadership. He accused Anglo-American Bloc for the abuse of power and their military nexus like NATO which have been used by the white-Christian rulers to disrupt peace in the Arab World. He said it was Anglo-American Block which betrayed the Arabs in Palestine by dividing an ancient land of the Prophets. Planting a Zionist State in Palestine was an international crime committed by all the big powers including USA and USSR by using the platform of the United Nations. He held Anglo-American Bloc responsible for diverting the attention of the world on the violation of UN Resolutions by Israel by raising sectarian and anti-Arab issues.

Prof.Bhim Singh, who has been a close friend of Yasir Arafat and Saddam Hussein said that they were liquidated by one way or the other as it happened with Col. Qaddafi of Libya. He regretted that India failed to discharge its international obligations after the assassination of Mrs. Indira Gandhi.

In a special message of Eid-ul-Azha to the Muslims of the world Prof.Bhim Singh said that Islam means Peace, its philosophy is based on mutual co-existence and tolerance. This message the new generation must carry across the world so that the misgivings and understanding created by the vested interests shall be washed away with the waters of the Arabian Sea.

Prof.Bhim Singh also expressed regrets the way some of the politicians from the ruling class are working under the dictates of sectarian groups to create a conflict among the peace loving citizens of India which is one of the most secular, democratic and peace loving countries of the world and where every religion is treated with dignity and respect before the Law and Constitution.

Prof.Bhim Singh extended Eid Greetings to entire Muslim fraternity in India too from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

Maharaja Hari Singh decorated Mahabharat Ratna on his 121st Birth Anniversary

Rashtra Chetna Abhiyan with National Panthers Party paid richest tributes to Maharaja Hari Singh of J&K (1925-1952) who was the first Maharaja (King) among the Indian States who declared in the Round Table Conference in London that, “I am an Indian first and then a Maharaja.” This declaration Maharaja Hari Singh made a reply to the British Crown presided over the Round Table Conference that he shall support the liberation movement of India no matter whether he remains a King or not.
Maharaja Hari Singh signed Instrument of Accession on 26th October, 1947 after driving his car from Srinagar to Jammu to sign the Instrument of Accession before Shri Krishna Menon, the Home Secretary of India who dared not land in Srinagar because of the Pakistani aggression against J&K.
It was the prerogative of the king of J&K to decide on the issue of Accession being the Monarch. This was the enactment of the British Parliament. 12 Battalions of the Maharaja’s army, mostly the Dogras sacrificed their lives to defend the borders of J&K.
The Panthers Party activists held a massive meeting at the Camp office of the Panthers Party, Jantar Mantar this afternoon where several activists from different political disciplines and volunteers of Rashtra Chetna Abhiyan. Prof. Bhim Singh in his address to the volunteers of Rashtra Chetna Abhiyan and activists of National Panthers Party described Maharaja Hari Singh as one of the greatest sons of India who has made unparalleled contribution to strengthen national integration and secularism ethos of India by signing the Instrument of Accession voluntarily. NPP Founder also appreciated the tallest Kashmiri Muslim leader that time, Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah for expressing total solidarity with the Union of India and supporting the Instrument of Accession.
Prof.Bhim Singh in his tributes to the Maharaja said that Maharaja died suddenly at the age of 66 in his exile in Bombay in 1961. He accused the Congress and all other political parties that time who failed to pay real tributes to the greatest son of India and for his contributions in this regard.
Prof.Bhim Singh said that the political parties including Congress, BJP and others deliberately ignored the contribution of the Maharaja only because he was a great democrat, secular to core and signed Instrument of Accession with secular-democratic India. He said that he was exiled by the Congress government in Delhi to please Sheikh Abdullah in 1949. His Monarchy, Prof.Bhim Singh revealed, was abolished on 20th August, 1952 by the so-called Constituent Assembly headed by Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah.
It was Maharaja Hari Singh who introduced revolutionary legislation by introducing State Subject giving permanent right of residents to the citizens in J&K, opening places of worship for all castes and communities, banning smoking among the minors and putting an end to exploitation of women. He founded the hospitals and colleges in the state, built modern infrastructure for the international tourism in Pahalgam, Gulmarg and other places. It is on his contributions to strengthen national integration, secularism and democratic institutions during his time that he has been declared as Mahabharat Ratna

PM Modi trying to demolish roots of history & India’s cultural heritage

Prof.Bhim Singh, Founder of National Panthers Party and Sr. Advocate of the Supreme Court has expressed strong resentment against the policy of Prime Minister Modi to denounce, insult, disgrace and abuse the India’s leadership with malafide intention to wash away the national chapter on India’s cultural heritage that depicts the image of secular and socialist India.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that every child in India knew that Lal Bahadur Shastri was a hero of 1965 war against Pakistan. It was Lal Bahadur Shastri who demonstrated unparallel courage, vision and farsightedness by encouraging the Indian Army and defence forces in the 1965 war. It was Shastri ji who was acclaimed the hero of the 1965 war. The Panthers Party Founder wanted to know from Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi why Shastri ji name and his contribution in 1965 war have been eclipsed by the Modi government. India is not a totalitarian nor a communistic where national heroes are dumped in dustbin of history whenever there is change in the government. He said India is the largest accepted democracy in the world. India survives because its history always remains alive and un-shattered like in many countries of the world. He accused the present government under Prime Minister Modi for sending a wrong signal to the new generations on the past history which shall not be acceptable to the historians, thinkers and nationalists in the country.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Prime Minister Modi has tried to disgrace and insult the prominent leadership of India may they be first Indian Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, first woman Prime Minister, Mrs. Indira Gandhi or Mr. Rajiv Gandhi by declaring that the commemorative stamps released in their owner shall be withdrawn. NPP Supremo asked Prime Minister Modi if he could delete the name of Jawaharlal Nehru as first India’s Prime Minister or co-author of the great movement non-alignment. He further asked Prime Minister Modi if he could remember when Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee described Mrs. Indira Gandhi as ‘Durga’ after Mrs. Gandhi won the Bangladesh liberation war. He further asked that both Mrs. Indira Gandhi and Mr. Rajiv Gandhi were assassinated brutally who had made unimaginable contributions towards India’s growth in the field of science, literature and industry.

He said Shastri ji won the war and conquered peace at the cost of his life in Tashkent in 1966 when he died after signing peace agreement with Pakistan. He appealed to the country’s intelligentsia, media persons, the parliamentarians and the historians to come forward to save the great post independence history of India.
