NIC camp at Sudhmahadev concludes with commitment to national unity and justice for all

Three day camp at Sudhmahadev concluded this afternoon with a clear message that the Jammu and Kashmir was always India (Bharata), is Bharata and shall be Bharata and the enemies of India should understand in clear terms that 1.25 billion Indian citizens are one with one India.

The 38th National Integration Camp organized by JKNPP in its message across the country conveyed in clear terms that the people of J&K are no less secularists, nationalists or patriots than anybody also in the country.

It was unanimous voice that corruption, communalism and criminalization are a serious threat to the integrity of a nation and they should be declared as ‘unlawful activities’ so that every citizen irrespective of his region, religion or caste etc. is treated equal with human dignity by the law and the people so that India goes stronger to lead the world towards peace and harmony.

The camp was attended by more than 20000 participants from different parts of the state and schools of thought.

The camp also decided to organize a Dogra-Pahari Cultural Assembly so that a movement should be launched to mobilize public opinion for the establishment of Dogra-Pahari Pradesh so that our brethren in the Kashmir Valley shall also get an opportunity to grow in peace and harmony in the Kashmir Valley state.  This shall, it was felt, provide strength to the National Integration and unity of the country.  Functioning of two separate civil secretariats shall be blessing in disguise and shall strengthen emotional relationship between the residents of Kashmir Valley and Jammu Pradesh.

The first Assembly Session of the Dogra Pahari Cultural Assembly shall be held in October with an open participation by the notables from different walks of life and disciplines to build the new roads of harmony among the people of three regions.

It was decided to reactivate the ‘Intra J&K Heart-to-Heart Talks’ which were held in 2005 and 2007 under the leadership of Sardar Mohd. Qayum Khan and Prof. Bhim Singh so that new initiative for new communication is developed between the residents of J&K and PoK.
