“Prime Minister Narendra Modi has dared annoy Nagpur by dissociating from the BJP agenda which has been harping for the past 60 years seeking abrogation of Article 370 from the Indian Constitution with a slogan of ‘Ek Nishan–Ek Vidhan’. Mr. Modi has undergone a vertical change in the agenda and manifesto of BJP which stand for abrogation of Article 370. The latest statement of BJP that it has given up their agenda  because they are more eager and anxious to fulfill Modi mission + 44 in J&K than beating the trumpets about other things”. This was the first reaction of Prof.Bhim Singh, the founder of Panthers Movement in the state of J&K which stands for amendment in Article 370 so that Parliament shall enjoy power to legislate in respect of J&K. The Parliament of India has no power to make any law vis-à-vis J&K as on today. The Panthers Party stands for full integration of J&K with the rest of the country which is possible only a Parliament is empowered to make law in respect of J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Modi’s BJP is more interested in power (satta) than the welfare and integration of the state with the rest of the country which is evident from the latest ‘U’ turn taken by Prime Minister Modi in giving a go by to the old slogan on Article 370. This shows, NPP Supremo said, that BJP is hungry for power like other political parties in J&K including Congress, National Conference and PDP. He said that he is proud of the Panthers Party Movement in the state which stands for justice and equity for all the people of J&K, separate statehood for Jammu Pradesh and Kashmir Valley.
