Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party and Member of National Integration Council urged Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India for his urgent intervention to intervene so that nearly 20 million citizens of India and others residing in Delhi could be rescued from the grave anarchy created in the capital by the illegal, unconstitutional and undesirable dharna of the Chief Minister of NCT of Delhi. In his letter to the President, Prof. Bhim Singh has said that entire life has been paralyzed in the capital for the past 40 hours by an authority created by the Constitution, called Chief Minister of NCT of Delhi. In his letter Prof. Bhim Singh said that;
“I am taking this liberty urging the President of India for his urgent intervention to save the lives of nearly 20 millions people of the capital who have been held at ransom by the elected Chief Minister and his ministers in NCT of Delhi. The Chief Minister of NCT of Delhi has violated the oath of his office to uphold the dignity of his office and the Constitution. The Chief Minister has resorted to illegal and unconstitutional means and methods with the support and assistance of his ministers who are being used as ‘guinea-pigs’.
The Chief Minister of Delhi has trespassed into the public premises that too in front of Rashtrapati Bhawan creating a total anarchy and lawlessness around Rashtrapati Bhawan. It is Chief Minister of NCT of Delhi and his ministers who have violated the traffic rules, trespassed into the Govt. buildings, misused the national flag to boost his illegal dharna, misused his authority as Chief Minister of NCT of Delhi thus shattering peace and tranquility in the capital.
The Chief Minister and his ministers have interfered with the working of the security forces and the police in the capital demanding something which is totally contrary to the rule of law. This action of NCT of Delhi government cannot be justified within the meaning and scope of the constitutional limitation at all.
The life in the capital has come to a standstill for the past 40 hours. The normal work in all the Government offices, both Central and the State has come to standstill whereas entire traffic on the roads has jammed all the routes around the Supreme Court, the High Court, the Patiala House resulting into total collapse of work in the government offices and in the courts.
New Delhi has official and residential areas of the diplomats. The movement of the diplomats and communication has also been affected.
Hundreds of patients travelling from the Railway Stations to the All India Medical Institute, Safdarjung Hospital, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and other hospitals stand stranded for hours as the roads in New Delhi area have been blocked due to the traffic jam caused because of the so-called dharna by the Chief Minister and his ministers on the road.
It is urged that the Hon’ble President of India may be pleased to intervene without any delay to end the atmosphere of anarchy created by the Chief Minister of NCT of Delhi and his government by dismissing the Chief Minister and bringing him and his ministers to justice without any delay.”
Prof. Bhim Singh has also sent an urgent letter seeking intervention of the Chief Justice of India to direct the Union of India to take immediate measures to end the anarchy created by the Chief Minister and his ministers in Delhi.

Prof. Bhim Singh conveyed to Mr. Kejriwal that his act of staging a dharna on the road has not convinced anybody not even his legislators because he is the Chief Minister of a State and too in the National Capital. People expect him to respect his status and the law of the land which he has shaken unfortunately.

Prof. Bhim Singh, a Constitutional Lawyer said that Mr. Kejriwal may be yearning to invite his arrest and dismissal for the reason that he has failed to understand the new assignment which has been thrust upon him by the Congress for ulterior purpose. He advised Mr. Kejriwal to withdraw his dharna as he has failed to convince anybody about his totally undesirable move as a Chief Minister.

He further counselled Delhi’s short-term Chief Minister to not to fall on the line of anarchy which would fail the Ultimate Revolution and entire country shall suffer for ages as it happened in Egypt or elsewhere. It would be better for Mr. Kejriwal to go back to his office and try to fulfill the aspirations of the wretched of the earth who have voted for him with the hope of getting water, electricity and social security.
