Bhim Singh’s rejoinder to Kejriwal on AAP leader Prashant Bhushan’s referendum demand

Prof. Bhim Singh, NPP Supremo, Sr. Executive Member of Supreme Court Bar Association & Member of National Integration Council while condemning the statement of AAP leader, Shri Prashant Bhushan, Advocate asking for referendum in J&K on the stay of the Indian Army demanded explanation from AAP Supremo, Shri Arvind Kejriwal on the policy of his party. NPP leader pointed out that Mr. Prashant Bhushan has chosen 5th January, 2014 to make this statement as the UNCIP had served a resolution on this day in 1948 asking for referendum in J&K. He said that AAP leaders forgot the second part of the resolution of the UNCIP that Pakistan was directed to vacate all occupied territories of J&K which included Gilgit, Chitral, Baltistan and POK (what Pakistan calls ‘Azad Kashmir’) before going for referendum.

The CIA fully backed by the Anglo-American Bloc to shake India’s unity have surfaced again in India by using a latest political invention in India’s capital, New Delhi. Mr. Kejriwal has tried to evade the issue by saying that he is dissociating from the statement of his party leader, Prashant Bhushan. That’s not the answer we would like to seek from the leader of the AAP. Let Mr. Kejriwal come out whether he supports his party leader on the issue of the referendum in J&K or he does not.

Prof. Bhim Singh has called on all nationalist parties, groups and the civil society to condemn this kind of demand by AAP to hold referendum in J&K on the stay of the Indian Army. This is a treasonable statement and deserves condemnation by all nationalist and patriotic people.

Prof. Bhim Singh counted the allegations made by BJP calling Kejriwal as ‘B’ team of the Congress. He said that it appears that Kejriwal’s party is ‘A’ team of the Hurriyat Conference.
