SC upholds cultural and moral supremacy of India by quashing High Court verdict on S. 377 of PC

Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of NPP and Sr. Executive Member of the Supreme Court of India has welcomed the historic verdict of the Supreme Court on the fate of Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code holding that homosexuality shall continue as an offence within the meaning and scope of Indian Penal Code thus quashing the judgment of Delhi High Court.

Prof. Bhim Singh who is Chairman of the State Legal Aid Committee described the judgment as highly scientific concurring with the highly valuable cultural and moral identity of India which is recognized by 2/3rd population of the world. Prof. Bhim Singh said that the Supreme Court has really done it wonderful to defeat the cultural invasion from the west against thousands of years old cultural, moral and ethnic values that India has in its depth. It is a great victory of the human values on earth and defeat of the agents of Anglo-American Bloc who were celebrating the High Court judgment.

Human Rights is distant dream even in civilized Nations, like India, Britain, US

Prof. Bhim Singh, Founder & Supremo of National Panthers Party, while addressing the party activists on the Human Rights Day late last evening in the capital, New Delhi, expressed disappointment on the protection of individual human rights in the civilized nations, identified as democratic countries. He said that 14th Amendment in the US Constitution which guarantees right to life and liberty of an individual has been used selectively for a section of the society. It is United States of America which has been using the draconian and highly uncivilized mechanism against individuals, political activists and others wherever they dared differ from the US commandment. American intervention in Cuba, in Yugoslavia, Iraq and Palestine are living examples. Demonizing, assaulting, murdering of public representatives has been the most condemnable acts of the Anglo-American Bloc.

Human Rights have already been ignored in nearly 2/3rd Members of the United Nations under the patronage of the United Nations which has been working as hen-picked United Nations being controlled by the Anglo-American Bloc.

Prof. Bhim Singh expressed great anxiety on the attitude of the men in power in democratic states like India where Human Rights are being slandered everyday. Indian jails have become the den of institutions run by the government where Human Rights dare not knock the doors of the prisons. It is only the Supreme Court of India which has used Article 21 of the Constitution of India in defense of Human Rights, life and liberty of an individual with its scientific interpretations. In spite of super efforts of the Supreme Court of India, the Human Rights has propounded in the Charter of the Human Rights and which were recognized by the United Nations do not find its existence in millions of police stations in India. The police and the executive are the master of the rule of law and only those who have got money power in their pockets can afford to seek justice from the courts. There is no mechanism in the country where a wretched of earth can seek justice and equity from the mighty executive which is controlled by the money and muscle power for in the name of democracy.

Prof. Bhim Singh said that though India is the largest democracy in the world, yet the value of Human Rights remained unrecognized by the executive authority controlled by the high profile capitalists’ elite. There are millions of cases pending before the courts for final disposal. More than 60% of the people in India cannot afford a lawyer to represent them in the courts of law where legal system is highly complicated and technical beyond the understanding of a poor man seeking justice which he deserves.

Prof. Bhim Singh was also an active participant in the Vienna Conference-1993 where the first two-week convention was held and he had actively participated. In this conference the senior leadership of the country had participated too including Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Shri N.N. Vohra, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Shri R.K. Garg, Sr. Advocate, Shri Surender Singhla and many others.

Prof. Bhim Singh told the Young Panthers that the present electoral system in India cannot survive as it is already on oxygen. The present electoral system has been hijacked by the black money as it has corrupted the electorates. This system can only be changed after the Ultimate Revolution which is likely to be led by the new generations. Only then we shall have honest legislators and parliamentarians to ensure that Human Rights are enjoyed by every citizen.
