“CIA has been playing foul with India right since 1947 on various issues, may it be J&K, North-East or Punjab. CIA has been selling Anglo-American plan through various platforms with the sole intention to sabotage India’s unity and integrity. This was the British plank to divide India first and then sabotage its unity and integrity as a matter of revenge. India achieved independence through a great struggle starting from S. Bhagat Singh to Subhash Chander Bose and finally Mahatma Gandhi. It was CIA who planted Justice Owen Dixon, a Judge of Australian High Court to bail out Pakistan from the obligations of UNCIP Resolution of 13th August, 1948 in which Pakistan was directed to withdraw all its armies from POK and hand over the territory to Indian Army. It was Owen Dixon who came out with a dangerous doctrine to divide J&K on communal lines by establishing an Islamic Republic of Kashmir. Owen Dixon formula was rejected by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru without mincing words. When Sheikh Abdullah pleaded for the implementation Dixon Plan in 1953, Jawaharlal Nehru got him dismissed and arrested through Yuvraj Karan Singh, the then Sadar-e-Riyasat of J&K. The CIA has come out through a different window as has been revealed by a former Chief of the CIA, Mr. Bruce Riedel. His disclosure as published in New Delhi in section of press suggested that the South Asian Desk in the White House in Washington is still active to play its dirty game to sabotage India’s unity and integrity.”
This was the prompt reaction of Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party and Member of National Integration Council in New Delhi while commenting on the remarks reportedly stated in the book of former CIA veteran Bruce Riedel.
Prof. Bhim Singh has urged Dr. Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister to not to allow such busybodies and CIA agent to create confusion in India. He has warned the so-called great intellectuals and historians in India to beware of the CIA’s old game plan to promote Dixon Plan. The only dispute over K-issue is vacation of all occupied territory of J&K by Pakistan as resolved by Parliament in 1994.

Bhim Singh pleads for Reorganization of J&K Delhi Round Table Conference on Telangana

Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party and Member of National Integration Council while addressing a conclave of several political parties and the civil society in V.K. Krishna Menon Hall, New Delhi expressed full support to and solidarity with the people of Telangana in their persistence demand for Telangana Statehood. Several political parties and members of Parliament participated in one-day Round Table Conference in support of Telangana State.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that 60% of the so-called K-issue shall be resolved if the State is reorganized on the basis of cultural, linguistic and geographical identity. He said that residents of Ladakh, Askardu and Gilgit have a separate identity and geographical boundaries. This region was annexed with the Indian State of J&K between 1836 and 1856 under the leadership of great Dogra General Zorawar Singh, General Baaz Singh and others. This was a greatest military achievement of the Dogras in the middle of 19th century. He said that historians have been writing the history whereas the Dogras wrote geography of Bharata with their sacrifices and blood. He said Kashmir was integral part of Bharata for thousands of years whereas Ladakh and Gilgit-Baltistan were brought under the map of India in the middle of 19th century by the sacrifices of the Dogras.
He further said that the present State of J&K was established by the Dogras in that situation. Today, the world history has changed and it is important that ‘unnatural’ and ‘heterogeneous’ formation of State is rectified within the meaning of scope of Article 370. The Parliament of India, he suggested, should have reorganized J&K so that the Ladakhies, the Kashmiries and the Dogras could have a state of their own for the protection and preservation of their cultural, geographical and ethnic identities. He argued that J&K needs a Dogra Pahari Himalayan State, the Ladakhies need a state of their own whereas the Kashmiries should have a state to protect the grandeur of their Kashmiriyat. The Dogra-Pahari culture has to be developed and protected under the Constitution. He maintained that the resolution all the problems of J&K lies in establishing all the three constituents with separate legislature, budget, recruitment etc. Arguing strongly for the Reorganization of the State Prof. Bhim Singh said that the national political parties have lost their relevance in the state rather some of them have been working as a tool of local corrupt and unwanted political groups only to add to the loot and corruption in the state.
Prof. Bhim Singh expressed regrets on the role of the Parliament vis-à-vis the Reorganization of several states in the country in the light of the demands of the people. He accused the Central parties for playing in the hands of local leadership. He pointed out that J&K is the only state in the country where Delimitation was not held for the past 25 years and there is no hope for a Delimitation in the next 25 years. This is done only to please and appease one outdated corrupt and anti-political party which has been ruling with the help of the Congress as its crutches.
