Bhim Singh’s extensive tour to militancy-hit areas in Kathua, Doda & Udhampur

Prof. Bhim Singh, Founder of the Panthers Party shall undertake an extensive tour of militancy affected areas in Kathua, Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban and Udhampur Districts from 18th to 22nd of June, 2013. He will be accompanied by senior leaders of the Panthers Party, a media team and active members of the civil society.
A district level emergency conclave shall be held on 18th June, 2013 in Kathua District under the leadership Mr. Ravinder Pathania, District President in Kathua in the morning. The Panthers Party activists shall be addressed by Prof. Bhim Singh and other senior leaders in Billawar at 1.00 p.m. Senior party leaders including General Secretaries M/s. Shanti Swaroop Basotra, H.C. Jalmeria, Advocate, Ms. Anita Thakur and others shall be participating. A meeting has also been organized at 3.00 p.m. at Manpur and in Basohli at 5.00 p.m. Mr. Balwinder Singh, General Secretary, District & Incharge, Basohli Block shall be organizing the local meetings.
The Panthers caravan shall proceed to Bani in the morning of 19th June, 2013 at Bhoond at 9.00 a.m. and at 1.00 p.m. at Bani. Mr. Sushil Kumar, Sarpanch Bani shall preside over the meetings in Bani.
Panthers Party high power delegation shall move to Bhaderwah by road and hold workers meeting at Bhaderwah at 6.00 p.m. The Vice President, Choudhary Mohd. Iqbal shall preside over the meeting of NPP workers on 19th June, 2013.
The Panthers Party shall hold a meeting at Doda District Headquarter. Shri Farooq Ahmed Dar, District President shall preside over the meeting. The meeting shall also be held at Prem Nagar and Thathri with Shri Subhash Gupta and Imtiaz Ahmed as organizers. A district executive meeting shall be held in Kishtwar at 6.00 p.m. under the leadership of Mr. Anil Parihar, Provincial General Secretary of JKNPP. Shri Rajender Singh, the District President shall preside over the meeting.
The Panthers Party shall hold a public meeting at Thathri being hosted by Block President, Imtiaz Ahmed at 9.00 a.m. The Panthers Party shall hold a public meeting at Batote at 1.00 p.m. and in Kud at 6.00 p.m. JKNPP State Secretary Mr. Ajaz Ahmed and Panthers Trade Union Leader Mr. Padam Dogra shall be the organizers.

Sudhmahadev National Integration Camp
Prof. Bhim Singh, all the legislators of the JKNPP and senior leaders including the members of the Secretariat and Working Committee of the JKNPP have agreed to participate in the 36th National Integration Camp at Sudhmahadev from 22nd to 24th June, 2013. The Panthers Party shall also hold a public training camp there for the empowerment of the panchayats. The NIC shall initiate a debate on the Ultimate Revolution, Empowerment of the Panchayat and for the Reorganization of J&K which is the only alternative to restore peace in the state.
Shri Harsh Dev Singh, MLA, Chairman-JKNPP shall preside the first inaugural session on 22nd June, 2013, Shri Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA, President-JKNPP shall preside over the second session on Reorganization, Syed Mohd. Rafiq Shah, MLC, President, Young Panthers shall be presiding over the third session on empowerment of the panchayats, Shri Yashpaul Kundal, MLA, General Secretary-JKNPP shall preside over the seminar on Scheduled Tribe Status to the Paharies in the interest of national security of the state. Shri Faqir Nath, ex-MLA, Provincial President shall preside over the next session on 23rd June, 2013 on the need for social justice for the Dalits and deprived members of the society. Ms. Anita Thakur, Incharge Women Power and General Secretary shall be presiding on the plight of women and domestic violence. Shri H.C. Jalmeria, Advocate, General Secretary shall be addressing the session on discrimination with the farmers and the labourers in the state.
