Karnataka Assembly polls shall unite opposition for Parliamentary elections

Addressing a mammoth rally Kaithwada, Rajasthan this afternoon the Panthers Party Supremo, Prof. Bhim Singh who is also Member of National Integration Council described the humiliating defeat of BJP, JD(S) & other opposition groups in the recently held Karnataka Assembly polls as a positive outcome because this humiliation shall force the opposition at the national and regional levels to work out a alternative (Vikalp) to the Congress party in the Parliamentary elections. Calling on the youth and students he made a strong appeal to them to work in unity so that forces of reaction, communalism, corruption and others are defeated in the forthcoming Parliamentary polls.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that both BJP and the Congress have lost faith of the general public but they are still in power in some pockets in the country because of the negative vote. The Panthers Party leader hoped that youth and the students shall play a decisive role in the electoral battle to mobilize the farmers who have been exploited by the ruling parties right since 1947.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that drastic changes required in the entire legal system may it be Criminal Procedure Code, Indian Penal Code, Evidence Act or other laws which we have borrowed from the colonial rulers. He said that the coming Parliament should have educated, honest, legally sound and politically honest members so that new India could emerge to show light to the world.

Prof. Bhim Singh also presented National Award to National Poet, Mr. Nandaballabh Paliwal of Uttarakhand on the occasion.
