Bhim Singh urges Bar Council of India to end discrimination with J&K lawyers

Prof. Bhim Singh, Sr. Executive Member of the Supreme Court Bar Association today made a moving appeal to the Bar Council of India for its urgent intervention to end 40 years old discrimination with the lawyers’ fraternity of J&K. In his strongly worded letter addressed to the Chairman of the Bar Council of India, Mr. Manan Kumar Mishra, Prof. Bhim Singh demanded to end 40 years’ old discrimination with the lawyers’ fraternity in J&K. He said, “Let the so-called Bar Council of J&K be derecognized without any delay.
