Panthers Party moves Supreme Court against Surrender & Rehabilitation Policy

J&K National Panthers Party today filed a writ petition (PIL) in the Supreme Court of India challenging the Surrender & Rehabilitation Policy framed by NC-Congress Govt. in J&K. The Surrender & Rehabilitation Policy framed by Omar Abdullah government has opened the flood gates for the Pakistani terrorists holding Pakistani passports to enter India via Nepal at their pleasures. This policy was exposed when Delhi Police arrested one Liaqat Shah, a Pakistan national who entered India via Nepal on 20th March, 2013. The matter is under investigation by NIA (National Investigation Agency).
This writ petition has been moved by the Panthers Party to ensure that no undesirable element or ISI agent or any enemy of peace would not enter India without valid or legal documents. This petition was filed this morning in the Supreme Court of India by the Political Secretary of the Panthers Party.
Prof. Bhim Singh, Sr. Advocate who is Chief Patron of the Panthers Party said that Omar Abdullah has become a security risk and the policies he introduced are dangerous for the security of the country.
